Large group of german/Swedish people in hotel that were very loud and disruptive especially in the pool and at breakfast! Despite complaints from us and several other people carried on. Needed bed side cabinets or shelves, we used the chairs in the room. Plenty of food at breakfast but not to everyone's taste, very continental. I enjoyed it, salads, croissants, fruit etc. Scrambled/fried egg beans.

The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely and cleaned thoroughly every morning, plenty of food for breakfast

The noise in dinning room for breakfast from certain German families who were loud rude slamming doors at night intimidating people.. we complained about the noise . The food not brilliant. Need new toaster. . Bedside cabinets in room .

Can't fault the place . Clean . Friendly staff pool was lovely. Roof top bar amazing. View from balcony was lovely . Overlooking the pool @ sea view . Nice area close to fronts @ town.

The hotel was in a perfect location. In a quite area but walking distance to everything (beach, fish alley, bars and restaurants) the rooms were cleaned every day and the pool area was always very tidy. The sky bar on the roof was amazing. Would highly recommend

The beds were a bit hard for me.

Poolside bar times very limited. Sun loungers could be updated and more of them, particularly when hotel was full.

Central location, close to all amenities. Staff outstanding no request a problem. Rooms were modern. Air con superb and an endless supply of hot water from the fab shower!

Maybe if there was music every night in the sky bar It would be alot busier .Great latino music and dancing on first night but nothing after that. That's all I can complain about

The pool was used by non residents. One particular day a very large family who were non residents decided to bombard the pool area. There were five or six children of varying ages. They were extremely noisy with a lot of residents deciding to leave the pool. The male adult was putting his cigarettes out on the fake grass and the mess they left behind was awful. Two of the adults noticed a resident on a balcony above ours watching them. They both proceeded to stare at the people on the balcony in a confrontational manner. I did report to receptionist following day but not sure if it was investigated. The toaster wasn’t working in our apartment. I requested a replacement on the third day of my holiday, but replacement never arrived.

We arrived at the apartment early and were allocated the room before midday as the room was ready. The staff were very friendly

Location good,close to e everything,Supermarket 2 minutes away,Suburb bakery opposite with fresh bread and pastries a d open from dawn until dusk and very busy.
