No air conditioning but you know that when you book. Could maybe do with ceiling fans/free standing fans in each room. Could also do with a safety deposit box.

Amazing Villa with well equipped kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine, iron/ironing board. Netflix and Youtube channels on TV which was great for some music by pool . Pool was amazing with towels supplied. Plenty of space inside and outside villa. Supermarket on doorstep . Centre within walking distance.

Not a negative for us but may be for some. As others have said the villa has no air conditioning. This was clear from the info before we booked so we were well aware and clearly adding air con comes at a cost. Temperatures in our stay were 27-28C in the day and 18-19C at night and by opening the windows in the evening the temperatures in the villa at night were fine and we had no issue sleeping. Two minor niggles which would be easy and cheap to resolve. 1. Provide a drainer next to the sink in the kitchen. Whilst there was a dishwasher, a drainer just to stack up a few washed plates and cups during the day would be useful. 2. Provide a pair of kitchen scissors.

Villa was very clean with good sized rooms and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The outside area had lots of space with table and chairs, loungers and a nice pool. The pool was in the sun virtually all day but there were places to sit in the shade if you wanted to. We had 2 young grandchildren with us so kept the upstairs balconies and roof terrace access locked but they were also good sizes which provide an alternative sitting / lounging areas. Having been to Corralejo many times we knew the area and had walked past the outside of these villas. We were not disappointed with what we found inside.

Would have loved some cussions for the sunbeds and outside furniture. With no aircon, some fans would have been good.

The size of the villa was superb as was the outside space. The pool was great and had the sun all day. The local area was nice with some bars and a small supermarket. The walk into the centre took about 15 to 20 minutes which wasn't a problem. The local taxi rank was only 1 minute walk away if you didn't want to walk.

We stayed with our family of 4 in this Villa. It is large and has 3 full size bedrooms with sufficient storage space. There are two bath rooms with bath and toilet. The garden is also very large and located around the villa. Both in the morning we had sun in front and in the afternoon until sun set in the back. 2 minutes walk there is a supermarket with all you need. It is 15 minutes walk to the Main Street of Correlejo but also a taxi stand is close by. This was our 3th time in Correlejo and first time in Villa Real Oliva.

Lack of cleaning. For the price I would have expected a weekly clean. The floor was very dusty on arrival. The sofa contained a lot of sand. Being told linen and towels would not be changed in 18 nights and we had to wash them ourselves. Yes a washing machine was available, but no spare sheets or towels, and the villa was sadly lacking in essential cleaning materials, refuse sacks, toilet rolls, which we had to purchase locally at considerable cost.

-The property is not from photos. they have more villas but no one looks the same like in the photos. -Our pool was smaller than this one from photos. -The guy who would help us in case of everything turn off his phone after 1 day and he don’t speak English at all. -Wi if is working only in living(I think because is install it basement, and you don’t have any key to reset it In case if is not working-just to let you know, almost every day Wi-Fi is not working) -The most annoying thing which was happening is because after we pay all the money with booking when we make the check in they ask us to give a CASH DEPOSIT OF 200 EUROS. so be careful and bring cash with you. -When is night the house is really reallly cold. You must to bring with you a heater or to buy one. -The hot water is limited. You can use it like 20 minutes maximum after you will have to wash it with cold water. so if you are a group of person you need to make shower in different times of day, but not all of you in the same hour.

-Location of the villa is nice and you have some markets really nearby. You need to walk 15 minutes or to have a car only if you want to go in city centre. -Nobody disturb us and we have privacy.
