The deposit which we didn't know about but possibly didn't read about in the rules and regulations so please make sure to read ! It was quite a distance away from the beach so not on the beach at all and there are parking fees plus a distance away from reception! If you have a lot of luggage and need to walk from the street it's quite a distance bare that in mind ! You'll need to get in through the gate by ringing the bell 🔔

I wouldn’t say there was anything wrong with this place really. Could definitely have done with a lick of paint and a bit of filler for some rather obvious cracks in the walls. Kitchenette was basic, it was only possible to self-cater by borrowing things from the second apartment we rented. Definitely could switch the salad spinner for a toaster and the kettle was borderline dangerous when it worked - no on-off switch, just on when plugged in and it seemed to take forever to boil. Only real bug-bear was the loud kids party going on most nights til late just outside our window. I get that culturally, we’re the odd-ones out, with our children going to bed ~8-9pm but it did go on a bit.

The accommodation was clean and well presented but everything looked a bit tired. Otherwise it was in a good location and you could get all the necessities in the little shop. Staff were polite and helpful when we needed to interact. Basically it was good enough, I’d probably not go back, not because there was anything specifically bad, but there are so many more places in the world to visit and for the price, I expect we could get something a little fresher, a little better.

The kids club was a major reason for booking our 2 night stay in late july, however it is closed on Tuesday so our kids were not able to enjoy this

The single beds weren't very comfortable and the mattress looked more like a base than a mattress.

Resort should provide pool towels. Bathroom towels were only changed after 5 days which was not frequent enough. We stayed for 8 nights so sheets should be changed. Not enough kitchen supplies.

Great for kids. Mini market was good value. Pools for great.

lots of stairs to get around the area, difficult to move around with prams, alwayd had to take a long route with no stairs which was not the most convenient.

Customer service - very poor in giving guests information and handling issues such as reporting our Air conditioning unit since our first day upon arrival. The staff at reception weren’t very helpful and seemed unbothered that we we’re having this issue. They sent the technician on day 4 of our stay and told us they didn’t know what the problem was. nothing was done and we were left without it the whole stay. the heat was unbearable especially at night. Food- We paid half board meal plan which included breakfast and supper. The quality of the food was quite poor considering the price we paid. Although the staff were very nice and attentive to removing empty plates and making sure we had everything we need. Rooms- Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Not enough linen for the summer months are provided such as thin sheets. Only 2 duvet were provided. Kettle in the cupboard was broken. very outdated decor and smelly sofas beds. Our bathroom stank of sewage every morning and evening.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, great views and verity of activities throughout our stay. the pool was very clean and big enough for everyone at the complex.

The tv was too small and set on a corner of the living room area. we didn’t use it but if you wanted to, and you were 4 in this tiny area, I’m not sure how that would have worked out. We learned that the swallow nests are protected. Good! I feel they should have let us know they were there: I was quite surprised, at first I thought they were wasps! so glad the birds are protected, it was a pleasure to watch them fly.

Huge resort with an ocean view, on a beautiful hillside. we could see the rock of Gibraltar from our balcony! the apartment we got had one bedroom, a comfortable living/dining/kitchenette space, and a spacious balcony with swallow nests! we arrived late and left early so we did not use the pool or any other facilities. the property seemed well kept, in early June there was plenty of parking and the check-in process was lengthy and you do have to check-out. there is a mandated deposit fee of €200 that they charge to your credit card and they said would be refunded “automatically “ once they check that all is ok, that you took out the trash and left the dishes washing in the dishwasher and I guess all other stuff is ok. I was not aware of this. other hotels put a hold/ this property actually billed my credit card which was a surprise. I’m sure I will see the credit soon/ fingers crossed.

The balcony needed repainting and a new set of outside furniture. Some of the loungers by the pool were broken.

The bed was not comfortable more seating at pool this was very inadequate no hairdryer More fresh fruit for breakfast it was mean to have to pay for coffee after dinner more towels for swimming

The apartment lacked a few basic essentials such as a toaster and the kettle was full of soap, so we didn’t use it.

The apartment was compact and had most basic essentials and was close to the amenities onsite. However, a car was needed as it’s situated in a residential area off a dual carriage way.

Lovely views, pleasant room, you have to clean you own apartments and only get fresh towels on a Friday. Beds were comfortable. Parking is chargeable and you would need a car if you’re staying at this hotel. But in all was a great holiday

Kitchen area is small and has no space to leave the dishes to dry. The apartments on the ground floor have balcony doors that open to the public walkways. Many of the lights in the rooms seem halogen and creates some heat which was annoying because the AC did not seem to function properly or could be disabled because of the season. The area around the pool is small and doesnt have many sunbeds nor space so it was a challenge to get one for the day. Our trip was spoilt with some families that arrived and seem to think they can let their kids roam free all day. Kids messed around with fire extinguishers throwing them about and emptying them against some apartment doors/windows (mine was one of them) and even some vehicles. This happened on two consecutive evenings and it seems no action was take to remedy this. On the final day we faced some kids misbehaving in the pool pesteribg various guests.

Place was nice and has paid private parking. Our 3 bedroom apartment was a decent size however the kitchen area is small. Ample terrace and generally a nice apartment. Staff was quite friendly and there was even some entertainment for the kids. Great that they allow pets too (paying). There is a small football/basketball pitch for the kids to mingle and play. Plenty of parking however could be hard to park if it was extremely busy though there is parking outside too. Amazing views to Gibraltar and Africa.
