Very modern chic hotel. The staff was a dream, very accommodating friendly and have always tried to respond to our needs. The restaurant with the outdoor terrace is a must. Here you can enjoy your coffee over the roofs of Malaga. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable, right in the pedestrian zone, near bars and restaurants, and a stone's throw from the beach. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended and I will be staying there again on my next trip to Malaga.

You can’t drive up to the hotel with bags. That’s the only con but it’s not far from the Main st and parking so it’s not so bad just be prepared!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The grounds are pristine, the staff are some of the most kind accommodating people I encountered in Malaga, the beds are super comfy, the AC works amazing, great breakfast on the rooftop with really great food and ambience! Overall I found this place to be perfect!

Such a wonderful hotel! Everything is super nicely renovated and in impeccable condition. The hotel is located in the heart of old town Malaga and has incredibly friendly staff- thanks Cristobal and colleagues! the highlight is the rooftop outdoor terrace where you can have your breakfast on a sunny day

We stayed here owing to an early flight the next morning from Malaga. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely terrace bar overlooking the market and Cathedral. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, a lovely touch by the hotel. A beautiful stay in a very chic part of Malaga, close to all the sights and the stores.

Nothing really. Since we booked a hotel in the centre of the shopping district, we already expected the noise from outside. Not from cars but mostly from people late at night.

The staff were outstanding. I travelled with friends for my birthday and since I booked the hotel for us,I did not bother asking for anything. But the following morning. We were surprised with a chilled bottle of champagne and a piece of cake in our room. So generous and we really appreciate it!❤️ They even called after like 10mins we were in the room to check if we were okay and if we need anything- We only asked for slippers. Oh! They also managed to accommodate us earlier as we arrived earlier than the check in time. The place also excellenty placed in the town centre. Few minutes walk to musuems, cathedral, stations and of course from hundreds of yummy restaurants.

Room was located close to busy street noise levels disturbed sleep late at night and then again very early morning. No satellite tv access.

Cleaner came knocking around 0930 first morning, after travelling day before we had only just woken up, it was late for us but could have done without it, room wasn't serviced till much later in the end. Had a meal there first evening, steak wasn't great, lot of fat, not a lot of taste and almost 50 euro. Chicken in Caesar salad very dry, nice garlic sauce. House red wine with it was nice. Had a few drinks on terrace bar each day, found staff were polite but not very attentive. There were buttons to press on the tables for service but they didn't seem to work. Looked underneath one and there wasn't a battery installed! We were patient but had to go looking for a waiter several times. Hotel was losing trade as a result. Maybe one more member of staff on duty would have helped. Seemed too busy with food and drinks for 2 staff. Red wine on second day was chilled for some reason, not nice.

Good location on edge of main old town and not far from port area. Hotel was clean and well kept, all pretty standard in the room and staff very polite. Breakfast selection was lovely. Nice view from terrace bar and pleasant ambience. Quite a few Spanish enjoying it so took that to be a good sign. Had 2 days there but could have done with couple more. Would have liked to have gone back to sample the food market. Excellent wi-fi.

Nothing major but we expected the bottled water in the room to be replenished each day- it wasn’t. Also we left early so had to miss breakfast, the hotel said they could give us a picnic breakfast to take away. The contents were sparse and not great- Wish we would have have taken the refund we’d been offered rather than the picnic, as it wasn’t good value.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant/bar on the 6th floor has good food, and they show big soccer games! Warning! You can't drive a car into the area where the hotel is located! Only taxis. They have 6 reserved spots in Parking lot Marina.

The staff was great!! Never had a better treatment anywhere else. I switched hotels (without any support from booking unfortunately) because the other place I was staying felt very unsafe. I couldn’t have wished for a better alternative. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great location. Just perfect!

You pay for the first night at the check-in and pay for the other nights at the check-out. Its kind anoying and it catches you by surprise.

The room was amazing! The location is right at the center. Close to everything! If you are coming by car the parking is really close to the hotel. The people are very nice and willing to help with everything you need.
