Nice newly refurbished apartment inmidst the Jewish Quartier. The terrace makes an perfect place for long evenings. Everything interesting + cafes and restaurants within walking distance, Santa Justa station is a 15 minutes walk.

Bedroom was a bit dark. Both of us wanted a more powerful light on the ceiling.

We were able to check in early - at 11.30am instead of 4.00pm. The apartment is in a good location. It’s very clean and has all the necessary cups, plates, pans etc. The terrace was a decent size. There was a good bread shop (Panypiu) just around the corner.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. Location was great and the apartment was perfect for a family of four. They provided a free baby cot (thanks). After checking in, we parked our car for free on Calle Porvenir (near Maria Luisa park). It's about a 25/30 minute walk to the apartment, but the route is beautiful (through the park).

We arrived late, couldn't find anywhere to get water so a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice. Furniture a bit dated but we weren't in much do that didn't matter as it was clean.

Loved the roof terrace even though there's no view it was a lovely area to sit for breakfast. Handy for everything when we eventually went the right way. Great having 2 bathrooms when it was 4 females sharing.

It was little bit hard to figure out the AC controller, but we managed to somehow switch it on later. The worst surprise came in night when I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and then another one early in the morning running around the living room. I contacted the accommodation afterwards about the problem but they seem to not believe us that there were cockroaches, when we asked for some kind of compensation for the not really pleasant night. If you see cockroaches in this accommodation I guess you should first take your phone and start taking pictures otherwise they won't believe you.

The apartment was big and spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and big living room. The location of the apartment was great, directly in the historic center, close to many restaurants.

There was no heather which was disappointing because it was cold (in the start of March). We also didn't notice air-conditioning which would be essential for the summer. The kitchen lacked supplies, there was no dishwasher brush/sponge and the water kettle could not pour water without spilling it, which can be a bit dangerous. There were also no tea and coffee facilities, which we know are not a given, but are still nice to have.

The location of the apartment was very good! The staff were also thoughtful, they replied to texts fast and were able to reserve a spot in the car-park for us, which was helpful. I would say the apartment is big enough for a few nights and the facilities generally were fine. I would stay here again.

When staying in one place for several weeks (like we did), little maintenance issues eventually happen: a light bulb goes out, a toilet seat or a door needs adjusting, etc., ...but here's the thing: SINGULAR management was quick to respond to every request (we used WhatsApp with them) and the issue was always resolved in short order. One thing that wasn't an issue for us this trip was the fact that we didn't have a car; if we had, then the lack of parking would've been a challenge.

We liked the location—we were a 15-minute walk from any major sight in Old Town. The building felt secure, and the neighborhood seemed completely safe (at all hours). We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment—there was plenty of "elbow" room (which is not always the case in other compact apartments in Europe) as well as good closet and storage space (especially in the bedroom). Most importantly, the staff that took care of housekeeping and maintenance were pleasant, professional and thorough...and overall customer service from SINGULAR was great.

Could have some more kitchen equipment (especially for cooking). Bed is ok, but bed sheets were not convenient or maybe not the right size for the bed. Lack of parking, but we knew that beforehand.

Nice roof terrace, appartement looks nice. Clean. Very centrally located at a narrow, quiet, street. Bedroom can be made nice and dark.

No place to hang clothes in second bedroom. Just a wall rail would be handy. Iron's lead was very short.
