Nothing to report. Everything was great!

The room was a great size. There was a desk to work from. Huge bathroom and shower. The hotel has a great lobby area. Wifi was fast. Very easy check-in (even allowed us to enter the room a few hours early). The hotel is in a walkable neighborhood right next to Retiro Park, also near a metro station.

I don't get why semi transparent walls in the bathrooms are becoming so popular. It's surely cool but not the most private setting

Very nice location, walking distance to the retiro park but very close to a metro station where you can reach virtually all of Madrid without problem. Room was nice and originally decorated, nice to have complementary cookies and bottles of water. Bathroom was really spacious

Breakfast hot food was cool later in breakfast time. Aside from that everything was excellent.

The hotel was good value for the price. It is in a nice quiet location,near to the metro but walkable distance from centre of city.

Room thermostat was set too warm without ability to change it. Later staff told us they would have fixed it if we reported it.

The fact that the windows do not open without the help of the staff, also there was an issus with the running water going from hot to cold constantly

One night a drunk guest from another room (probably the room above us) shouted for few minutes around until 3-4am: franlky speaking it's something you have to account for in Spain, especially in vacation period, I do not feel to blame hotel itself for a poor sound isolation and the thing resolved after not so much time so I didn't call the staff in the end - but be prepared about this possibility.

Room for 2 adults and 2 children structured as a suite, with sofa(bed) and table room separated from bed room Free water bottles renewed everyday: makes you fell truly "welcome" Furniture clean and without issues Other excellent thing to mention is that standard rate from IHS website gives you only breakfast for the 2 adults included, while reservation through Booking.com provided breakfast included for all of us (4). This was correctly done by hotel staff without any incident/misunderstanding/need to argue: should be something like "as a given" but nowadays having a smooth stay in hotel is no longer the typical case. An extremely good surprise: wrt the info I got previously from reviews and/or website, breakfast was served at -1 floor instead of moving to neighbor Marriot: consider that weather last week (Easter '24) was extremely bad, rainy and cold as in full winter...

The only thing was that Chromecast on the TV didn't work for me.

Personnel was very kind and nice. The breakfast was very simple and very welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect. As I visited my friend who lives in Retiro/Ibiza and there was a metrostation nearby too.

The hotel is lovely, very good rooms. Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is also very quiet, which is great after busy days around Madrid.

Just a dustbin in the room

The room was fantastic,very good and tasty breakfast,the staff were brilliant,reception guys very polite and helpful,especially Fredi.I think the only thing that was missing was a dustbin inside the room.Thanks a lot guys

Nothing I can honestly say would put me off going back , it would be nice however if hotel at number 11 to have a more of a restaurant rather than just bar snacks .

Check in was smooth very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing , great choice and spacious dining. Bed was really comfy, tea making facilities and complementary drinks made our stay more enjoyable . Location was perfect for myself and my husband as we like to stroll to the centre which took us about 30 minutes . Close to Retiro park which we walked through every morning and is beautiful .

The hot water for tea at breakfast was never hot, it would be better to replace the kettles with an urn. Food menu in the restaurant could have been more varied.

The bed was huge and so comfortable! Spacious room, modern and clean. Nice to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a good variety and long serving times.

Bedroom was excellent. Large and a great bathroom. The bar and reception area are very welcoming and good food and drinks available from the bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff who made up the rooms were brilliant and worth a mention for how well they cleaned the room and how friendly they were.
