The air conditioning is slightly insufficient, and the drainage is a bit slow

For this price, the location is perfect. You can reach most attractions within a 5-minute walk. It is close to restaurants and bars, with friendly staff. A very good experience, a cost-effective choice.

A charming and pretty hotel in the heart of the historical district

There was no lift, and my room was up two steep flights of stairs. I was helped up with my bag when I arrived but had to carry it down when I left. I am pretty fit but found this really difficult. Unless they booked a ground floor room, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone with health conditions. Being festival time, the city very crowded and this also explained the higher-than-average room costs.

The hotel is very charming and is in the absolute centre of the historical district, so it's within walking distance to historical monuments and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated (exactly like the photos), the bathroom was modern and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well. This was important because it was very hot during my visit. Seville was celebrating Feria, which was a lot of fun, and the hotel was right in the heart of things.

No drink facilities in room, only one cup provided - had to take it on items to have a drink of water. If don’t provide hot drink facilities then should provide water and two glasses or paper cups.

Slightly noisy, you could hear people coming in and out. I highly suggest top floor rooms so you minimise it. Likely I had one of them so didn’t bother much, if I had ground floor room it would have been different.

Great location, seconds from la movida. Just spectacular. Comfy bed, clean room. Great staff.

Very small room Too much reliability on modern computerized systems. Twice we received the incorrect codes to get in. We arrived very late due to being very lost in Sevilla and the host had to run over and give and test the codes.

It is a quite old bulinding, so the window of the balcony was impossible to close completely. We needed to heat with the airco to compensate the wind that was coming through. For winter season it would be necessary to put a smaller heater as the airco doesn’t reach down much.

Price-value point of view it was the perfect choice. Literally the best location if you stay just a few days and you need a place to sleep. Customer service took care of everything as late check-in and doubts. Small room and bathroom, with view to the main street.

There is no lift. Tiny bathroom .The bathroom ceiling is also quite low so if you are tall it can be challenging. My Uber nearly cancelled me because the street to get there is wide enough for a horse to get through, maybe best is it a pick up to wait on one of the main road nearby.

Great bed. Good Aircon. Beautiful view on the Alcazar. If you wanna just sleep in town before a flight or enjoy a clean room it's a deal . Loads bars and restaurants located nearby as it is very central

The shower was quite small, and the bathroom door had glass panels which meant little privacy. There was also no elevator which meant accessing the higher floors with luggage was difficult.

Despite being so close to the tourist attractions, inside the building was extremely quiet and we had the best night’s sleep. The beds were also very comfortable and the room had great shutters which meant in the morning there was no light leaking through.

I don’t know how you would describe this accommodation. Small rooms around a courtyard on 3 levels with steep stairs. The access was difficult as there is no reception after 7 p.m. and the access key pad is hard to find. I rang the phone numbers provided and the first one didn’t answer. Having to self-check in beforehand on a dedicated app was a pain.

Great location. Freshly painted walls. Comfortable beds.
