A little out of town centre, but my own mistake

Good clean room, lifts, Bar / Cafe Staff helpful with language difficulties.

Nothing at all as it served our purposes. Perhaps not so good if you are without a car and want to visit the centre. But the price reflects this

Walking from the center of Logroño to the hotel is dangerous (no sidewalks covering the whole distance) so, if you don't have a car, you have to rely on taxis to go back and forth.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and matched the description. The staff was very helpful as they helped me book taxis on a daily basis.

It’s location. This property was located just outside of Logrono meaning we needed to take a taxi back and forth to the city centre.

My only complaint was the bathroom floor was extremely slippery. I slipped over when getting out of the shower as one foot missed the bathmat and I crashed to the ground. Fortunately I did not hurt myself.

Air con only barely worked despite having staff look at it, it’s a bit far out of town and not a great location for Camino walkers, food not available on Saturday evening so had to taxi into town

Requested a room near lift as disabled by email. Reply was "of course." On arrival it was like a circus. Computer wouldn't work. Staff very rude. Room furthest away from lift. Then key wouldn't work. This has happened before on a previous stay! Had to return to reception for a key that would work. Long long story short the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a sorry. Best thing was watching a very rude receptionist hitting the wrong room door to try to make the key work.

Food in the cafeteria was OK but nothing special, mostly sandwiches and microwaveable snacks. There was a good menu in the main restaurant but we didn't use it.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed room with a large comfortable kingsize bed. Aircon a little weak but adequate. Decent sized and modern bathroom. Lifts to bedrooms. Lots of parking. Just off the motorway so no need to drive trhough the city.

The hotel was very hard to fine. The Sat Nav kept taking us to a place where it wasn’t situated. After driving round for half a hour we eventually found it. We arrived early evening and had had no lunch so we were hungry. We were told that the kitchen opened at 20:45 hours so we had a drink and waited. At that time we were told that the kitchen wasn’t opening for meals that evening. We therefore had to have a snack of what was left on the bar. Not good

The localization was not how I was expecting, I was imagine that I could walk to the downtown, but that was not the case. Also, the breakfast was ok, we could have a normal breakfast but expect a bit more variety and freshness of the food.

Room was ok, fair confortable and the space in the room was also enough for a couple. I like the bathroom, clean, not modern but good quality and not old. Amenities and hot water at the moment.
