That most of the rooms have no shataff in the wasrooms. Also there was some noise coming from nearby rooms or corridors not sure as like they were doing some maintenance. Hence they have to change me to another floor.

The property is clean and the staff was friendly. I like the sauna and Spa center.

The bed length is short for me and my room was near the central cooling system so it’s a bit noisy

The hotel is situated near the airport (shuttle provided on request) and is very consistent with the level of service provided. I've stayed at the hotel on several occasions and have always been reasonably pleased.

I am a vegan, and I had very little food to eat, although I notified the hotel beforehand about my diet. Not vegan-friendly!

The hotel is in a busy street and I stayed during the end of Ramadan, so we had so many people blocking and closing the streets. Nothing related to the hotel, just be in mind that it's a busy area.

I had a good time in Addis. The hotel was good and had a good location. Many cafes and restaurants around to explore. It had a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Food 24hrs available was a plus.

Upgraded on arrival( 7AM!) and had a very larger bedroom and sperate lounge area. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel

Room service can be slow and sometimes forgetting orders. Some parts of the hotel are due a refresh (Stayed in two executive suites at either end of trip - the first room needed painting, second suite much better). I think the swimming pool is used by non hotel children - which is great for them. But it would be good if there were specific hours for children hotel guests.

Staff going out of their way to help - booking taxis and giving advice. The executive suite is very comfortable and ideal for a small family. Laundry is very fast and efficient. Good traditional food. Room service is value for money.

- The swimming pool was closed for most of our stay. - Room had maintenance issues ranging from faulty balcony door locks (a major concern for me staying with a little child on the 15th floor) to no hot water in the bathrooms. All of the issues were repeatedly reported, but were not fixed during our 11 nights stay. - Quality of food left a lot to be desired.

- Hotel has a nice spa and the sauna was very good. - Staff are friendly and do their best with the resources they have.

I was on floor 9. The Internet was very poor in the room. Kept losing connection. I had to use my own data at additional cost to me!

Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in the restraunt was very nice.

The refrigerator didn’t work nor couldn’t be fixed, on September 30 at night around 8pm.. when i try to get in to the hotel i got disrespected by one of the security which i was really upset about. He used very disrespectful words.. other than that it is all good..

NO HEATING OR AC IN ROOMS. TRY NOT TO GET A ROOM FACING THE MAIN ROAD AS CAN BE A BIT NOISY IN THE EVENING. BUT REALLY IT IS HARD TO FAULT THIS HOTEL. THE POOL CAN GET A BIT FULL DURING THE DAY AS THEY OFFER SWIMMING LEASONS - BUT ONLY IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

NICE HOTEL - WARM INDOOR POOL. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND REASONABLE PRICED. IF YOU GO IN THE COLD WET SEASON PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC OR HEATING. ALL FLOORS HAVE LIFT ACCESS. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO STAY THERE AGAIN. ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN ADDIS ABABA.
