“It was an absolutely amazing experience! Dinner and breakfast were superb, we were woken up at our chosen time with some hot juice (an absolute must) and we had a great time exploring the hotel and admiring all it had to offer. Just outside the hotel, they had a massive snow mound you could slide down and you could skate on the frozen lake and it really was fun for everyone, not just the kids! The hotel's Sky Bar was also amazing although the lights were a bit bright to be able to see out at the sky so a little anticlimactic but it was a wonderful place to relax until you were ready to sleep and the drinks were amazing, best shots I've ever had!🤣 The locker room and toilet facilities were nice and toasty and very clean. The rooms despite being snow and ice, did have an extension plug which was a nice surprise.”
