Rooms are very small & cramped. Obviously designed for a short sleepover between flights. I had trouble to fit in with two large suitcases.

Breakfast was WAY above the price range and would not be shamed in comparison to Helsinki hotels costing 2-3 times the price for a night. Selection satisfactory, quality excellent!!!

2 beds in a small room , little space for moving adoring in a room . Too warm .

Shuttle ride which bring me from airport to hotel was great . Driver was excellent . She ( may be Ann , don’t remember her name ) answer on all my questions to help with my return back to airport on a bus ( shuttle was not available at time of my departure or a taxi ) Accompanied me to hotel lobby and get staff to recognize all my concerns

The personnel was very attentive, helpful and hospitable. Dinner was wonderful, special thanks to Georgy who attended me so fast and warm. Shuttle bus to get the airport was fast and on time.

There was confusion about getting to the hotel. I was arriving around 6am. In an email they told me I could get the free shuttle and I wouldn’t have to book it. I waited 45 mins in the freezing cold before heading back the the airport and asking a person at the info desk to ring them. The shuttle came in 5 mins. It would be helpful to be more clear.

Breakfast was superb. Room was clean, staff were helpful.

The only thing that when I checked in was a long wait because of only 1 person working at the front desk. And it was a rush hour. Maybe at this particular day the front desk was understaffed unfortunately. Otherwise, I had an awesome stay.

Stayedovernight for an early morning flight. Great room, excellent shuttle service to and from, very good food in the restaurant. Room was clean and tidy, friendly staff. Loved the quiet.

The hotel offered an early breakfast option (from 3:30 onwards) especially for those who had to take an early shuttle. While this only offered cold options, it was very welcome. The restaurant staff was in particular very friendly and the location just 10 minutes from the airport is perfect.

Having stayed there several times, I can confirm the experience is very consisted. Rooms are clean, and quiet. Beds are rather narrow but comfortable. Breakfast is simple but with enough options to choose from. Snacks and drinks can be bought at the reception. The hotel has its own shuttle service. If you don't want to wait, you can also reach the hotel (or the airport) by the city bus (also late at night). If you're travelling with a lot of luggage, note that rooms are small!

It was rather cold in the room, but it's typical for many Finnish hotels during this season.

The room was small, but you have everything you need for 1 night there, the bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were nice (it looked as if it was Christmas time :-)). Breakfast was perfect, rich selection, Finnish specialties. The shuttle service works great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are quite small, tough. The queen size bed fit the room with like 50cm to 2 sides. Bathroom is equally ergonomic. It is good for business travel, but seems too cramped for a leisure trip.

I was pleasantly surprised, as the hotel provides a free shuttle service from & to the airport from early morning till 1:15 am. Staff is friendly & supportive and breakfast was standard, but good.

Shower compartment is partially open to the bathroom (no door) , so it is almost impossible to avoid water splashing to the bathroom floor.

Very good cleanliness standard. Good size room for one night's stay. Location at a quiet area not far from the airport. Shuttle bus to and from the airport travel center. There is a fridge in the room.

In our room, the window was too high, so we did not have any view. But as we stayed only for 1 night and left very early in the morning, it was ok

A good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. The biggest bonus is that the hotel provides a free transfer to and from the Vantaa airport. They also serve a very early breakfast (starting from 3 am), which is very useful in case of early flight.
