The pool temperature was ridiculous… It was as hot as a bath.

Beautiful gardens, however this means mosquitos all times of the day, could not sit outside with a coffee otherwise you would be eaten alive. The cleaning lady would leave the door open to the room whilst cleaning and after this the place would be buzzing with mosquitoes. Beautiful gardens again, but this made the rooms dark, you needed the light on even in daylight to see properly. Don't let the photos fool you, although the room was clean, it was well used and dated, dark and small. Breakfast was more or less the same everyday, good for a short stay but nothing more. Yes it is next to Bangla Road, it is load at night, we knew this and bought ear plugs so not an issue just an observation.

Beautiful lush gardens, fantastic. Swimming pool, right across the road from beach, amenities, transport, food etc.... Coffee, tea, water and kettle supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning lady was also spot on. Thank you for accommodating us!

The noise is always an issue because the bars on Walking street are so loud. Bring earplugs to be prepared, and you will sleep much better. The bed is a bit too firm for my comfort, but others might not be bothered.

The bed was fairly comfortable, the view from the room was the pool/garden area which is quite lovely. The pool is very nice and relaxing to float in or sit nearby. The breakfast is always decent. We have stayed here several times over the years, and always find it adequate, but you must bring earplugs, as the noise from Walking street can be quite a lot. The location is fantastic! next to walking street and the beach, so you can't beat that part.

Disco sound levels from Bangla Road a block awsy may keep you awake longer than you'd like, but still worth the stay.

Central location excellent. Lovely relaxed Thai feel with all rooms arranged duscreetly around a partially shaded heated pool. Set lunch for one on room service was excellent, and could feed 2 in a pinch.

Didn’t like the rude behaviour of reception staff, particularly one lady. Even at 2.15 pm, rooms were not ready to check in. The lady said very rudely that they were understaffed and hence as guests we had to wait. I have no issues with waiting if they had only asked nicely. The lady also spoke ill in thai language assuming i wouldn’t understand.

The location was the best thing. Just adjacent to Bangla road, a few steps from Patong beach. Very happening place. Plenty of restaurants there, spa/massage places too. Washroom was very specious. Bed was soft, but not comfortable for sitting as it was too soft.

Proximity to Bangla Road. From 9 PM till 4 AM you need ear plugs to sleep. It was a big mistake booking this location based only on availability and price but without taking other info.

There is a lot of noise because you are right in the middle of all the action. Overall this is what I was looking for. The air conditioner in the room leaked over the bed, but they came and fixed it right away. We requested to book another night and they were very accommodating.

I love that the room was so close to everything. You can walk almost anywhere and be able to eat, shop, and relax. The beach is right across the street, which was amazing!

As the hotel is next to Bangla road, so you will get to much noise in the night.

The location is excellent, in front of Patong Beach and next to Bangla road. The hotel staff are very kind and polite. The Tropicana restaurant food is just yummy.

Our air con played up the whole time we were there. Everyday we had to get maintenance to come in to fix it, but every day it played up again!

The noise near by or surrounding the hotel area...

The first room had partial ocean view, but because it's close the the beach, and also the very active street next to us, it's so noise, the noise even until the early morning about 5am... we moved to the back of the hotel, noise reduce a little bit, not much, other than that, the room is good and comfortable...
