Good service and very nice room

The hotel does not provide restaurant services in the evening so you have to venture out to town. No big deal, in my opinion. There is a pizzeria right next door, for example.

The location is very good if your business is in the downtown area. Conveniently within walking distance of many primary tourist attractions as well. I got to stay in one of the new renovated rooms and it was quite nice. Very cozy. Breakfast was quite basic with oatmeal, bread, yougurt, etc. I found it sufficient. Parking is close by in the backyard of the building.

No possible to drink hot drinks (tea, coffee) in the room. After SPA need the possibility to dry the swimsuit (maybe it us, but wasn’t information about it). Would like the possibilty to get the discount if no spa using.

The interior is a bit outdated with fitted carpets and a somewhat ascetic bathroom.

The location is right next to the market square in the very walkable center. The spa is more like a small swimming hall. Not the most zen atmosphere, but on the other hand, suitable for actual swimming and e.g. hydrobic (following classes from a screen). The staff was helpful.

This is not a spa. The hotel offers a direct link (a bridge over the street) to the city public swimming pool. To pay 5€ extra for the parking (there was plenty of parking space available in the street but time limited)

it was pretty clean however i found the window cleanecer staff left is my room :) plus the reception is not working 24/7. after 22:00 you shall call to the certain ph # and wait until somebody will come to help. it is working fine however it shall be taken into account

Nothing, breakfast is not bad but the spread could be better.

Perfect location and a clean and friendly staff. We were able to use the sauna and the pool which was vert useful.

The rooms were very modern, comfortable and clean. location is fantastic and free parking. Spa facilities are included as well.

It's quite an old building and standard rooms are not equipped with an air conditioner. Also there is a bar just below and weekend evenings can very very noisy.

The room was dated and had greenish decoration straight from the 90s. some of the lights in the room didn’t work and power outlets were almost falling from the wall. There was also quite a lot of dust in under the bed in the room as well as behind the furniture. I think some of the rooms have been recently renovated but unfortunately we got a room still waiting to be renovated.

Excellent location in city centre. Free parking around the hotel. spacious room and good breakfast. Breakfasts room was spacious and never too crowded even though the hotel was full.

Time to time city's swimming hall gets quite crowded with swimming courses/events etc.

Loved the family room and the SPA facilities. Although, the SPA facilities is basically city's swimming pool, but it worked well. Great for families with kids.

The price was ok as the Spa was included. Otherwise it would have been a bit pricy.

Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. My room was big and had a lamp at the ceiling (which I prefer to all those shady installations in many hotel rooms nowadays). The Spa was included in the price and it is easily accessible for hotel guests. All in all very recommendable.

The breakfast could do with a wider choice. Still, what there was on offer was good.

I did like the adjoining swimming pool and sauna. It is free for hotel guests and connected to the hotel.
