Location to ski slopes is about 10-15 mins walk. Breakfast area is too small for the crowd, can't imagine if it was peak season. We stayed in room 287, direction to annex building could be improved. There was no cleaning since we did not stay more than 3 days.

Hotel room was nice and comfortable. We booked the family room for 3 adults 1 baby and there was plenty of space.

It would be great if there is a mixed sauna (now is men and women separately), and if the sauna includes towels (you should carry your own or the room one). Also, it is great that there are a lot of restaurants but they have few vegetarian options.

Great breakfast, many options and good quality products. Good location, close to city center and to bus stop. Sauna, jacuzzi and cold pool are included and available from 17 to 21 hs. The room has an electric kettle, coffee and tea. You can buy extra spa and wellness services.

Always better with made to order meals but other than that things were good

The location was good. The rooms was well equiped and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were decent buffets. Handy luggage storage. Let us check in early becuase room was ready. Only there for one night but would go back for a longer stay.

The hotel looks old, but to be honest it’s very clean and we enjoyed very much our stay there. Location is good, close to restaurants/bars. Sauna/jacuzzi were also very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room seems to be renovated, but still looking and smelling old. For the price we payed in another country would have a better looking room :)

The breakfast was really good. It was the cheapest hotel for the period we travelled, but still quite expensive in my opinion. Is near to markets, restaurants, zero point.

The shower floor is incredibly bad, the water flows everywhere. Microwave smelled a bit bad. Should give an option to have a double bed, instead of two singles together that move very easily.

It’s close to the ski slopes. The buses stop right in front of it. We were there at a particularly cold time of -30 for almost week and it was always very warm even with the radiator halfway. Sauna is an amazing thing to have in your room when it’s that cold outside and you need warming up later. Shower pressure really good. Breakfast was included and a really big choice from buffet! All in all you can tell that they have figured out how to give people what they need. Everything is thought through. Plenty of storage, even a cupboard in the bathroom that dries your wet clothes.

The sauna area can be improved and overall conditions of the hotel are a bit outdated. Perfect for large groups of tourists or organized tours, maybe less for experienced travelers.

Location is great, close to everything you need in Levi. Aurora from the Balcony !!!!

Room to far out n no Internet

I asked some questions about where is the bus stop from Levi to Tromsø, but the receptionists don't know. Actually the bus stop is right in front of the hotel 30m ( the bus stop is hullu poro). I think this is the basic touristic information that they should know and guide to their clients.

The hotel offered a clean, warm room and the inclusive breakfast, though basic, met expectations. The proximity to a bus station was convenient and the on-site souvenir shop was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Our room was very cold. Mentioned this on our second day. Someone attended and adjusted the thermostat which made no difference.

Good location just a short walk to shops and Zero Point. Good range of breakfast options. Would stay here again if back in Levi.

Breakfast room had, carpet and was very stuff. Man at the reseption was quite rude. Other staff I met was ok. Reseption is not open after 11 pm. Coming with late flight had to find key in a box outsider. Not many flights come to Kittilä, could maybe have reseption open for customeres arriving with those flights since there is often no chose what time to arrive.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was rather chilly outside but can this be blamed on the hotel? :-)

This stop was on the way to Norway, Finnmark by the Barents Sea. I was so pleasantly surprised by how genuine and fresh it felt. The room was very good and clean. And the restaurant was excellent so I got a great dinner after the long journey from Örnsköldsvik. Breakfast was really good too. I'd definitely go here again.

The cheapest and best hotel during the trip. Big and functional room. Sauna with jacuzzi and cold pool included. No restaurant under the same roof, but a very good one in the next building.

To reach certain rooms, eg numbers 318 and above, involved quite a long trek from the elevator and a battle with 2 heavy, glass, fire doors. Not easy with suitcases in tow. The shower was over the bath and the shower screen allows water to spill over the floor.

Our room was reasonably modern with comfortable beds, a private balcony, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spacious and attractive. There was plenty of variety at the included breakfast, although the layout was confusing and made it hard to find certain items. We never did find the orange juice! Our meals of braised reindeer at the nearby Hullu Pollo restaurant were excellent, as were the staff.
