The bin system outside is a bit confusing if you don’t speak Finnish.

The host was very accommodating, allowing me to check in early and then helping me via phone when the key box wasn’t working. The apartment was very nice and I enjoyed the stay.

Cleaning wasn't well done, bed wasn't made very well and there was black long hairs on the bed. There wasn't own sauna in the apartment what I saw from the pictures of the ad.

Nice balcony, good kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine, decent size bedroom. Market in the same building group, which was nice. Near Central of Oulu, everything is near and bus stop is front of the building.

The apartment doesn’t have a balcony, but it was advertised as an apartment with a balcony here on booking. However, there was a public balcony on the last floor of the building with a beautiful view. But I think this should be clarified from the beginning.

Cozy new apartment with everything that can be needed. Good neighborhood. The house was quiet even during the weekend.

We thought that the pillows could have been a little more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is a short walk away from the city center. There are enough food stores even closer than the center. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in it, from spare towels to cleaning materials and some cooking supplies. It was really spacious for 2 people and could even comfortably fit 3 people. The sauna was such a treat! We arrived a bit late for check in and didn't know how to get our key. When we called the number provided, the man was really helpful and gave us clear instructions how to get our keys from the lockbox.

Did not have wlan, which did came next day. Add says washing mashine and balcony but this apartment did not have either. They did say this is new one for them. Most of light bulbs were not working.

Aleksanterinkatu 33 E. Clean small apartment with sauna. Good for two person. Kitchen had all needed. Location is good and very quiet flat.

The place to collect the keys was very easy to found including the box however I missed a small map to know where apartment itself was located. A small map, in addition to the apartment address would have been very nice upon arrival. The hosts solved the topic.

Found a beer in the sauna. Had a couple of issues with the house equipments. Check out and check-in was super strict and always required an extra payment

The room I booked with a private sauna was in an old, smelly and really bad building. I was not able to rest the first night because of smelly room, bathroom, and the bedding (bed sheets, duvet and pillow, and the mattress). The size of the bed was not correct comparing to my booking confirmation. I was not able to get a hold of anyone during the first night(as I reached Oulu around 8-9 p.m.) so I had to spend the whole night in that room. Under my booking, it was showing the room comes with facilities like iron and hair dryer and a queen size bed. I missed to check them before taking shower the first night so I was shivering with wet hair in a cold room. I had to contact them requesting a new studio during my stay with the facilities mentioned in my booking. The staff were helpful to secure a new studio for me the next day, even though it was a big farther to the center anyway. I double checked with them to ensure the new studio has all the mentioned facilities, even though they were missing again. Cheers to the staff who could provide me with them during the evening. I had a very bad time for the first two night to do the check in twice. I would recommend mentioning that the studio with a private sauna is different from the other Kotimaailma Apartments Oulu which you can find on google search with 4 stars.

The key collection fine and I could get the key easily with the pin code. The second studio was clean and nice(with nice furniture and very new facilities and utensils) except the one which I booked with a private sauna.

Mattresses was very hard. We booked 3 bedroom apartment but we get 2 bedrooms and that was a big disappointment to everyone. We get one extra night for free but 2 of us was sleeping in sofa and that was very bad to sleep.

Several errors with keys and lack of promised map, greater detail on locale to office and clearness, if correct information given. Once contact made for help, was given and friendly and helpful support.

Location by Music Centre, attended Concert. Close to supermarket. Not far from city centre.
