Excellent apartment with everything you need and more (sauna included). It is located close to the city centre and even closer to all the activities in and around Rovaniemi. Still, it is a little bit outside and you can go for walks along the river. You can enjoy the nature and if you are lucky see the Northern Lights (away from the city lights). The host is very friendly and always helping. Free parking and good Wifi. We can highly recommend it and will come back, for sure.

A delightful place with beautiful views of nature. The winter atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a magical world. Close to everything, just 15 minutes by car to the airport. Santa's village only 10 minutes drive. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. From the place you can see the northern lights. A very warm and nice apartment, the atmosphere makes you feel at home. It was a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back there again.

The apartment was spacious for two people and we really enjoyed the private sauna. It also included all the utilities which one may need. The location is also beautiful and very close by to a lake and with a small back porch.

Super quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot for watching the auroras, sadly it was really cloudy. This wa our second time in Rovaniemi and for sure we will come back and stay at Lomaverakit again!

It was super clean and such a quiet area. The apartments are made like "normal" homes so it's warm and cozy inside. Sauna was a huge plus and overall I was beyond happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rovaniemi.

We stayed there second time in this same year. First was in winter for 4 nights and second in the summer for 2 nights. There is all the facilities for a small family and the rate was very economical. We will surely consider it as our first option when we visit Rovaniemi again.

As per description, the apartment was with an oven, BUT it wasn’t allowed to use it, because of some government restriction or landlord issues. Don’t offer if you can fulfill and take the consequences. For us it was a major topic and we would not come again.

the package as shown under Booking.com wasn’t the same. Not all facilities could be used which isn’t that great.

The shower space is a bit small and feel uncomfortable while the shower curtain stuck on the body during shower.

I like the location where it is along the rivers and easy to see Northern lights. We were lucky to see it. It was amazing. It was fun walking on the frozen river too. The space of this property is big enough, warm and Sauna was working good.

The furniture is really old and with some cabinets you feel like they break any second. The couch is not really good to sleep on and the WiFi is not working well throughout the day.

The Location of the Apartment is great if you have a car. If you don't have a car you don't have many options in getting away. The lake is perfect to see the aurora where you can get to in walking distance.

The sauna didn't work. We were so excited to do sauna every day and we didn't do even one time. We called the stuff but they never answered. Plus, the house wasn't really clean. The curtain of the douche was smelling very bad from the swet bodies of other clients that were probably doing sauna. We put it in the washing machine and when it finished and we opened the door all the water of the washing machine flowed in the bathroom and we didn't knew how to stop it. Really bad things for such an expensive stay.

The location was perfect and the view stunning. The house was very nice and comfortable.

the place was far from city you need a car. The sheets were very smelly with bad odor. Seems like they was not washed. The fridge smells too bad. There was a sign of no smoking but on the balcony there was a trash with cigarette that was not cleaned. overall I regret paying over 100€ for 1 night.

No transportation available in the area except private taxi. Rental cycles are not good and not worth the money to rent.

The apartment is good and clean. The location is good near the river side. Rooms are spacious and have all the stuff needed. The owner is nice and helpful.

Staff was very unfriendly. My husband helped me to carry my luggage in and he was spending maybe 30 minutes in the apartment before he left for his flight, but already in the meanwhile host of the place rushed in to apartment to investigate if my husband was staying without paying.

Nice, roomy apartment with sauna and comfortable bed.
