Staff was really nice and friendly and the hotel had everything you need when travelling. Nice and cosy, with good taste! On arrival, the hidden entrance can be misleading, once in it's a nice hotel! Good breakfast.

There are no power sockets by your bedside. If you have to charge your phone, you have to keep it across the room. Bed mattress not very comfortable

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable front desk person. He was very hospitable and welcoming. Clean room, spacious, comfortable beds. Good location, walking distance to main train station and old town. I would stay again when in town.

There was no ironing board. This was a shame as I was not able to iron properly.

Everything was functional basic and working what you would expect from a 3star Hotel. I was satisfied about the great central location even the neighbourhood is multicultural I loved the food in the Arabic restaurant definitely a huge plus. Close to everything to be honest. Very friendly and helpful receptionist .

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and there was noone in the reception. We had to contact someone over the phone or WhatsApp - there were two phone numbers and noone pick up. Luckily someone called back within a few minutes - just to tell us the code for the main door and that our room is ready and unlocked with key inside - this all could be sent over an email/booking.com message so the checking would be smooth and without stress. I recommend to message the hotel before to make sure whether someone will be in the reception and if not what is the code/room situation.

The location is very convenient just a few minutes walking from the main train station. The room was of a regular size and comfortable. There was a second bed for the third person and it was quite comfortable. The room was quiet and without disturbance. The area has some good turkish/afghan restaurants and we enjoyed some very nice food there.

the bed is pretty hard and the pillows are so huge and high for the neck, the soaps of the bathrooms felt and smelled like the soap of dishes so we had to buy new ones, the room floor should be more clean especially under the bed and in the corners- but nothing filthy or disgusting, it's good for what is offers.

the hotel is 5 min walk from the main station and from the start of the city centre. the room is spacious (normal size), it is in a quite place, the bathroom is a bit oldish style but it's fine. the area although super close to the main station, it is in a different zone style but still safe enough to walk through it. the reception man was super nice!

Great location, walking distance to Marienplatz and Theresienwiese & several ubahn stations very close-by too if you don't want to walk. Didn't eat breakfast here but the breakfast facilites looked nice. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Would stay here again for a short break.

The hotel is close to the train station with a lot of supermarkets nearby and a few good options to take a late dinner.

If you are arriving at hotel after 9 pm - make sure to call them in day time to get access to hotel. They don't have staff available in night time and you have to wait for someone to come over and help you to enter the hotel.

good location, the central station is less than 10 minutes away and there is a grocery store and many restaurants options next to the hotel. My room was clean and rather quiet despite being on the street side

The lift did not go all up to our room.

Location is very near to the main train station. Grocery store and halal food options all around. All main attractions at walking distance. easy check-in. The room and bathroom size was good. Water bottles and a juice bottle provided in the room. Fan was also provided.

the room was ok, no air condition, the bathroom van made a huge amount of noise for hours, the layout for the light switches was just a mess and not well thought out, a dangerous experience was the shower, in the bathroom was no shower mat and while exiting the shower we both almost slipped badly, and that was taken it very careful getting in and out ,with spending a couple hundred $ we should get our backs fixed after the shower experience I'm surprised that there was no accidents yet None smoking building- except the night staff was smoking heavy in the building

Breakfast was good, it was a bit expensive as we booked it later and not with the reservation, to get the best value you should be early up for breakfast, The staff was good and friendly
