Beautiful resort and amazing staff.

The resort had everything you needed. The bed was really comfortable and we were upgraded to the luxury room which included complimentary mini bar. You could even trade in your mini bar snacks for other snacks you'd prefer more. Resturants within the resort were great too. Would return. They also let you use the showers at the spa if you check out but have a late flight.

Highly recommend the adults only wing of the hotel. The pool area was amazing and included a swim up bar! The spa was also a nice treat! We chose a one hour couples massage.

The only real issue I have is the price of the food relative to the quality. I dont feel that the prices of the food on offer matches the quality. They have a lot of choice in the buffet but the prices are similar to fine dining in Australia. My recommendation would be to eat outside of the hotel if you can.

The best feature of this resort are the staff. They are absolutely amazing. Perhaps the best of any hotel I have ever been at. They went above and beyond so many times. The pool was good and the options for parents were really good. The shopping at the resort meant I never had to leave.

I had a small disagreement with the lady at check in and she was not friendly at all. When the mistake had been done by Sofitel reservations there was no apology from the lady checking me in she made me feel very unwelcome.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was great. I particularly enjoyed the Waitui Beach area and all the brilliant benefits that came with club access. My room was well appointed and maintained and fully serviced daily. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The wifi service could’ve been better but you can pay for high speed service.

Bizarre buffet is the only place we ate at because since our first meal we just couldn’t go anywhere else! They were so good that we even brought our family to eat! All of the workers were beyond nice and helpful, we never felt afraid to ask questions or for help. They were all so patient and kind, not once did I see any of their staff complain or show expressions of frustration. The staff were also always ready to help and assist with big smiles even though they were clearly busy. The rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday we were super happy! The amenities and the services in general were a 10/10 - more than we expected! we would definitely be coming back for our next Fiji trip! I would highly recommend Sofitel Resort!

From the minute you arrive the service is exceptional. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food at the Solis Restaurant was magnificent. The views are breath-taking. I would highly recommend this resort.
