The reason for 8 stars out of ten-parking issues. If you are not able to park near hotel or at the hotel car park, you need to look for parking *miles away*.”

“I quite liked the generous and varied breakfast. There were tasty choices every time, definitely worth it.
The location is superb - right next to bus and rail transport and only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops and entertainment.
On a personal note, I had booked a separate twin room on one of the nights, as all the doubles were unavailable on that date. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival when I was told I could keep the same (double) room for the whole duration of my stay. The staff went the extra mile and I really appreciate it.”
