services are exceptional in this hotel and I hope it will stay that way because if it is possible I will certainly be delighted to come back there, so there was nothing that I didn't like

No reception, must have been low season. Keys were laying there. Restaurant was closed and on Sunday barely any other restaurants in the neighborhood open.

The restaurant could be managed better. Some rooms and parts of this big hotel are tired. The reception girl was not smart at all, like trying to slaw down everything around her and create new problems.

It was a nice and calm stay. The place itself is beautiful. Old farm, stables and forest, old stone walls build up with wooden bars, small pond...The atmosphere of nature, history and calmness

Menu only being in French and being given an app that would translate, as we are OAP's we are not up with this modern technology and an English menu would have been appreciated. My husband spoke to the receptionist and he said that it was something new they were trialing and that they used to have English menu's, so we did leave our input!

There was a great choice for breakfast, plus home made cakes too. The lady who was looking after the breakfast room was lovely and very helpful even though our French was limited🙂 The guys covering reception were also very charming and helpful. To be honest they all went out of their way to be helpful which we truly appreciated.

The staff had very little English. The bar didn’t seem to be open. The one time it was open, they didn’t have a bottle opener for the bottle of Heineken and the girl behind the bar even asked us if we had one ourselves!!!!

Everything about it, stunning location, gorgeous food, room basic but well thought out. Peaceful, good parking and for what we paid very good value. Breakfast was a cut above most of our recent stops. Loved it and hope to return as the route back to Calais from there was good too.

The restaurant was closed and we were not made aware prior to arrival. One of the rooms didn’t have a fan, which combined with a noisy wedding event until 3-4am made for a very sleepless night.

I disliked the long, dated, depressing corridors to get to your room - and the room was slightly depressing with poor access to the bathroom door due to badly built furniture. The outdoor restaurant area is dated and needs care - and the breakfast room felt oppressive. The marketing before and after was also completely over the top for not a great hotel. I regret this choice.

It's fairly closely located to Versailles, which is why we selected it. The parking is good and easy

A plate of food had been left in my room from a previous guest. I did mention this to reception who were very apologetic but it did not get removed. I moved it to the corridor and it was still there the next morning. I was in a room at the end of the building and there was no hot water unless the tap was run for approximately 10 minutes which was just as the reception staff had advised when I enquired.

Pleasant staff and lovely food. A nice looking hotel. Also a comfy bed.
