    “A wonderful apartment. It has everything you need and a wonderful terrace with a view of the MC. We were welcomed by the hostess, for which we thank her very much. There is a parking space for the car. Nice shop next to the property boundary. Thanks for everything and see you soon.”

    “We spent few days with family in apartment and we enjoyed it. Apartment is in great location, walk distance to Menton and 7 minutes by train to Monaco. The train station is behind the corner. The beach is right across the road, apartment is spacefull, clean and terrace is great bonus for apartment. Just few minutes walk is grocery, bakery and restaurant. The host is very kind and communication with him was easy and friendly. I would come back.”

    “The room was very clean, great size and bathroom and separate toilet great sizes too. It was very modern and more than met our needs. Beds firm and air con quiet. We opted not to pay extra for sea view, bonus to this was the sun was on our balcony early evening whilst sea view rooms were in shade, down side you were looking directly into balconies of residential apartments opposite. There is a bakery and local bar/shop below the hotel and a supermarket 1 minute walk. Drinks in the hotel more expensive than the local bar so we went there.. would have love to have used the hotel seating but at 4 euros an aperol (for comparison) we went to local bar. Train station 10 minute walk so very convenient (make sure to go to Carnoles station for this hotel and not Roqubrane-cap-Martin which is the other end of the town). Deck chairs to borrow to sit on beach. There is a sister hotel in Menton, the Napoleon who were super welcoming when we visited and said we were at the Victoria.”

    “A very welcoming place with excellent staff. The view from my balcony was amazing, as is the whole apartment, ideal for a family with 2 children. Bus and train access in 5 minutes, with covered parking space included in the price.”
