Large spacious bathroom was completely missing any where to hang up a towel or to hang a few clothes if you've rinsed out an item or two by hand. Loads of space but no towel rail or hanging rail. The 9 Euro lite breakfast should have been perfect for us but every time we asked what was Included we got a completely different answer. A gallic shrug when questioned. Taxi booked by hotel for us to take us to the TGV station ripped us off. 47 Euro for a 12 minute journey (it was 35 Euro the other way when we arrived). If the hotel book taxis for you they should insist on using only trustworthy firms.

Nice hotel chosen for balance of good facilties, fair price and proximity to city centre. A good 15 minute walk away, perfect for us. Being out of the city we got a spacious room, and use of a nice pool in a very reasonable price. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. All areas seemed very clean

Although the hotel website indicated that evening meals were available, this was temporarily not available.

Breakfast was a continental style buffet plus hot scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. The staff in the dining room were courteous an md efficient .

There was no sign indicating the location on a small side street when walking from train station. Breakfast is very good but with 21€ too expensive.

Very comfortable room with views of swimming pool in the garden. Breakfast was very copious with lots of choice. About a 15 min walk to center of very nice center of Aix with market and lots of restaurants.

The mattress was a bit too soft and woke up with a bad back. The area around the hotel is not great but as it was close to the city centre I didn't really mind.

Very nice hotel with pool conveniently located a 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. Staff is very nice and helpful. It has an underground parking costing 14eur/day.

The bed king size was very big but not comfortable at all. The light in the room was not enough and most of them cannot be switched on/off from the bed. The TV was enormous almost too big compared to the room size and to the distance from bed but only satellite free channels available. The bathroom has no bidet and the shower was quite dirty. The hotel evidently has been painted and furnished recently but the air conditioning system is old and not comfortable at all, we continued turn on and off all night, it seems to be partially centralized: we did not sleep well in the end. The guy at the reception desk (saturday night end of July) did not understand English.

Good position to stop in France in the middle of the ruote Milano - Barcelona, close to the highway and with guarded underground parking. Very good that they accept our big dog. The hotel is nice, all renewed recently with stilish furniture and wood floor that we like. Good the possibily of late check out and the breakfast.

This hotel is located walking distance to the historic center of Aix but away from the noise. The pool is a great space to cool off. They have underground parking. The staff is SO nice and helpful. They gave recommendations of where to go. It was excellent!

A 20 minute walk to the old city. Not a scenic area. ni restaurants near by. No functioning restaurant to eat at, only breakfast and special events. there is room service for those who like to eat in their rooms. Bathrooms need to space for toiletries and to be painted. Phone was not working but they fixed it quickly.

Modern, garage, updated, good closet with ironing board and iron. Good breakfast.

Good room, upper floors accessible by elevator, a/c worked pretty well after several service calls to adjust it, good housekeeping, next to a bus stop running to and from the main dining/shopping area, very nice staff.

The rooms have shampoo but no conditioner provided. The air conditioning in our room didn’t make the room cold at all. The staff tried to help by changing the settings but it didn’t make a difference. We were told that if the room didn’t cool down we could swap but at this point it was late and we had a one year old who was already settled and we were only staying one night. We had a friend staying and their room was fine. So luck of the draw maybe.

External lights don’t really work (motion sensors) so if you are outside after it gets dark you are on your own! Pool closes at 7pm too - an extra hour would be nice! Restaurant only does breakfast - would be nice if they offered dinner too but Aix has a lot of amazing places so not the biggest complaint!

As we were in transit and only staying one night, ease of access from motorway and secure parking were our main concern and the hotel location met this. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed a quite drink after a dinner in the town centre in the the hotels nicely decorated bar. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from town centre.
