When asked for a lighter at the reception one staff gave it, in the next shift the staff refused to give the same.

The space in room was adequate, but the toilet space was very narrow.

The only plus is location. Just typical old building, where nothing has been done. For the same day booking the price was almost as another branch hotel nearby I booked two month in advance. It is ok only if you do not have where to sleep

Fairly dark building, small, carpets and paint need refreshing. Main staircase needs a good vacuum clean. One towel in bathroom had dark stains.

Very convenient location for Hippodrome Longchamp, 2 mins from metro Marcel Sembat, supermarket, cafes, restaurants. Small room, small bathroom outdated but clean. Comfy bed, no aircon. Good breakfast provided.

Only two electrical sockets in bed room. One used for fan as we were there in a heatwave. Other one we had to rotate as we had had 2 phones and a hearing aid to charge. Air conditioning would have been nice!

No hot water. Found out first morning I came down to breakfast to hear another guest having a meltdown, yelling in reception and threatening to call the police. He'd been without hot water for 3 days. I'd only had a quick face wash in the sink and water was cold but that's not unusual- was yet to take a shower after breakfast. I was not told about this on arrival. Not an issue for the police but still not good to not tell guests. And at least for 5 days. I expect some compensation.

The bathroom is WAY too small, especially the shower. I would not recommend booking this hotel to anyone who is plus size or has any kind of mobility impairment.

The bed was comfortable, even though it was pretty small (single room). Was pleasantly surprised that there was an electric kettle (and some tea and instant coffee) in the room.

Rooms were incredibly small. Hotel seemed like it was running a fuel farm in the basement, the fumes around the building were very overpowering snd caused all 4 of us to develop chesty coughs snd sore throats, which then eased and disappeared whenever we were outside of the hotel.

The rooms are very small and it was quite noisy. The carpets in the hallways are a bit dirty/stained.

Location is good and the metro station is very close by. The rooms are clean and the beds are adequate. The hotel met our expectations for the price we paid. The area is clean and feels safe too.

Parking agreement with Qpark is really great. Very close to metro station. Hair dryer works better than many hotels.
