We found the shower a bit tricky to turn off.

Centrally located hotel, a few minutes walk from main metro and RER lines. Well appointed, quiet room, overlooking a typical Parisian, haussmanian street. It was on the small side but really cosy. Loved to have the coffee pod machine and kettle in the room. Super comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay there again.

Very noisy at night from people outside, couldn't get a good night sleep, however, that is to be expected when you stay in the centre.

Close to train stations and restaurants. It's very easy to navigate once you understand the train and bus systems. Staff were wonderful and welcoming 🙏

Windows panes look to be thin and go often hear the street noise outside when sleeping. If you are light sleeper bring earplugs or take a sleeping aid.

Staff where friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lift! Room had exactly what we needed. A comfortable bed to come back to and clean washroom. The location was ideal for being able to see all the major sights and walkable. It is also, super close to 4 different tram lines to get you where you want to go. Great value and lots of good places to eat and explore right from their doorstep.

The hotel needs an overall facelift. Specially the carpets.

Ideal location. Very close (walking distance) to Opera, Louvre, Place Vendome, Champs Élysées, etc… Very friendly receptionists. Specially Ernesto.

I would have like robes in the room. Travelling with carry-on means that robes stay home--so it would be excellent for hotels to provide robes--even if they are for a bit extra money. Please add a wall shower mount--it's difficult to wash my hair and hold the shower head at the same time.

I didn’t like how we couldn’t turn on the AC if I wanted to it was a little hot on one of the days I was there but apart from that it was a very nice place staff was friendly. I didn’t like how they asked to order a taxi and then I ended up having to pay double than what I would have paid had I used Uber. I thought that the drive to the airport was a complimentary service but it wasn’t they charged 70€ when I could have paid 30€ for Uber.

I like how close all the stores and everything was walking distance from you. You could step foot outside and right next to the hotel there is a restaurant and if you walk 2-4 min down the street you’ll get to where all the stores are.

The shape of the pillow was a square which makes it bit uncomfortable.

Steps away from the Opéra metro station. Close to shopping area and only a 10 -15 mins walk to the Louvre.

There is a renovation in the building on the ground floor and first floor makes the reception area unfortunately unusable. Breakfast can only be served in the room. It would be good to notify these things to guests so they can decide to book or not book.

Very comfortable beds, and the location is superb! About a 2-3 min walk to the metro, then you can get most places in city center in 10-15 min. My room was spotless and good value for the money. Nice little mini bar complete with mostly non-alcoholic beverages, plus 2 beers. The staff was wonderful! Very welcoming and accommodating. I arrived around 11am and couldn't check in until 3pm as my room was not ready but they stored my luggage for me while I went for lunch and wandered around. My French is limited, but they all spoke English. The night before check out, the concierge called to ask if I would like to arrange a taxi for transport in the morning. Such wonderful service! I would definitely stay here again!

Not much to dislike! The very small Lift could be scary for some, leaving possibly a challenging walk to upper floors up the spiral staircase.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Excellent location. My room on the 4th spacious and welcoming.
