Yaz is the perfect host, and we can’t recommend this small hotel highly enough for its great location to Gare d’est, Gare du Nord and a lot of the sights. Plenty of choices of restaurants too. It also has a lift, which helps with lugging heavy luggage.

Good value for money for central Paris, and room itself was comfortable in size for one person. Very friendly welcome from staff, and air con reliable (important in Paris during summer!)

Comfortable hotel in a good location with plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few blocks. A Monoprix grocery store is also just down the street. Neighborhood appeared very safe. Gare d’Est and Gare du Nord are not far to walk even with a suitcase. The place is very clean. Rooms are small but inexpensively priced, thus a good value, especially for a solo traveler. Staff members are very cordial and great at seeing to a traveler’s needs.

It is located a short 5 minutes walk on the RER B Line straight from CDG Aeroport. Very conveniently located. It is very good value when you consider the price you pay for what you get - then it is very good value. The owner is a smiling friendly gentleman.

The owner/manager was very friendly and kind. The room was not small, as many Parisian hotels have, and it had 2 windows with lovely potted geraniums. Bed was comfortable. There was a table with a water kettle to make tea and a coffee maker too. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water in the shower. Elevator in the hotel was small, but we were only 2 in our party, so it was fine. Location of hotel is good as the Gare de l'Est (with metro lines and train lines) and the Gare du Nord (train to CDG airport, plus other metro lines) were within a short walk.

The location is at the heart of the center, and a few minutes walk to the metro and train station, making it ideal to move around. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Yaz is a super host who will make sure that you feel right at home!

It was fairly basic and the decor was tired and in need of an upgrade and the bathroom smelt quite strongly of drains. However we didn’t check in till after 11pm having been travelling all day and we were leaving first thing for the Eurostar so we really just needed a place to sleep. The staff were very helpful - the fan did not work when we arrived and was immediately replaced.

the room was quite small and especiallly bathroom, but it was as expected. Probably in summer it would be a problem that there is no A/C

Excellend value for money in Paris. It is close to Gare du Nord, so the access from/to airport is very good. The neighbourhood was full of nice places to eat and drink. Staff were very helpful and polite.

I was surprised that a 2 star hotel offered free coffee, tea and water. Everything I need was available. Apart from that the hotel is clean despite not being new and modern. Thanks to the friendly and accomodating receptionist. He even advise us the easy way to go to one of our itinerary. Great location as well.
