We didn’t have wifi the first night but it was not a big problem and the king-size bed where 2 single beds together but it was comfortable. We would definitely comeback again

- There was no electric socket near to the mirror was difficult to use my hair dryer - They give a bottle of water upon arrival only and when I asked them for water they asked me to go down to the reception to buy the water - In the shower they put one product to used as shampoo and shower gel

Location is great walking distance from my office and many attractions and close to the shopping areas Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable

The hotel was really nice. We paid more so we can get a bigger room and it was really comfortable and very clean. It has a very nice balcony as well. Location was good and the metro station was 5 min walking. Many shops and restaurants around. Reception always helpful ☺️

there was no room to open my suitcase... i would have preferred a single bed (which is where i slept) and more space to move, instead of having a 2nd single bed that looks good on pics but that is of no use and which I basically used to lay my clothes as there was no way i could access my suitcase easily...

The room is a bit small. It's noisy at night, someone was shouting on the street and I can hear it very clearly in the room. The air system is quite noisy as well.

Excellent communication. However, I do think this hotel should offer early check-in for customers arriving very late at night as they would not benefit from the full day use of room and have to pay still. The ambiance of the room is lovely just a bit small for price with no fridge or microwave in room. Other than those its still an awesome place clean and great public links and restaurants. I will rate it 8.5 out of 10.

The call to an emergency contact to tell me the room needs to be vacated. They were alerted the room had been checked - there was a DND sign on the door - I had merely popped out! This was a bit heavy handed!

I was offered a street level ground floor room and this offered a little concern as a lone female travelling. Great sized room with the necessary room facilities.

Only once did we use the breakfast. It has a very small choice. But the main reason is that there are lots of small breakfast places or bakeries where you can go to.

Hotel Diva Opera is a very nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and bathroom. It is located in a perfect spot. In the last month we have visited this hotel twice. It has easy access to a lot of places also within walking distance. It is situated in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars (not too loud).
