Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI suppose if you are looking for a negative then it might be the lack of a lift, and tight stairs, which actually didn't worry us.
Staff were very helpful and the nearby parking structure (at train station) receives a discounted rate from hotel. We had a charming dinner at the Italian restaurant downstairs (Da Laura).

FranceThere is no real door on the bathroom, just some kind of sliding door that doesn't seal properly so you can hear everything happening inside.
Nice location, close to everything. Pleasant staff. Mini fridge and mini kitchen in the room. There is a microwave, but no cooking plate. We mostly just used the fridge to cool down some fruits.

You can see the owners took great care in creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space.
