A lovely renovated hotel in a perfect location - a 3 minute walk to the gate of the old city or to Dinan harbor. The best part is the young couple who are committed to their guests having the most wonderful time. They have created a charming place to stay, offer a delicious, bountiful breakfast, and provide an ambiance of warmth and welcome. A delightful and charming place to stay.

Incredibly friendly couple run this botel - made us very welcome. Our room itself was very nice. A large Superking bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom was beautifully finished. The location was superb - a very short walk to the incredible town of Dinan

Pillows for the bed needs to be improved maybe with larger and softer ones. But it’s a minor thing that can be easily adhered and doesn’t undermine the excellent stay.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is very close to the town centre but at the same time in a quieter location. The room is spacious and has enough space for a family with children. The twins loved their beds! We also loved the freshly served breakfast and all the staff was also kind. Hope to visit again in summer season next time!

Had to hunt for.parking.

The location was perfect and easy walking to historic center and the port. Room was full of character and cozy. Modern bathroom. Good buffet breakfast at a cost.

Nothing to dislike really. Once the renovation of the waiting lounge and restroom is completed, it will be prefect.

Charming, comfortable little heritage hotel just a 4-5 min walk from Dinan’s historic centre. Simple but very pretty and tastefully done interiors, and best of all: owned and run by a very friendly, efficient and hospitable young couple who give great recommendations.

First of all: the staff. Excellent relationship, excellent communication, prompt response to all of the queries. Secondly: cleanliness. Perfect. Third: quietness of the location: deafening quiet throughout our stay. Fourth: hotel’s position is closest to the heart of Dinan’s medieval centre. Great access (by our own car) to Mont Saint-Michel (easy 40 some km) and Saint Malo (30 some km). We really enjoyed our stay.

This is an AWESOME hotel but will not accommodate disabled persons very well due to the steep stairs.

The owners were so helpful and accommodated our young grandchildren. They even played birthday music for our grandsons birthday! The rooms were spotless and the hostess and host always had a smile and sought to meet every need. The hotel is well situated near the old town area and is very scenic. This

Charming clean place, recently renovated, managed by a young and friendly couple who took excellent care of us. Perfect location within 5 minutes walk from the historic city center and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

All was great, the only possible problem could be the parking during busy periods but it was not an issue in October. :)

Great historic atmosphere, perfect location - 5 min away from the center and several amazing restaurants. The hosts were very, very friendly and helpful, and it is clear that they put a lot of work into making this place a great choice to stay in Dinan. The breakfast deserves to be mentioned, it is simple but all the products are local, fresh, and amazing (especially the bread). Definitely worth paying a little extra for that.

Not much really. Parking might be a challenge height of season. But again Roxana was on hand to help as best she could with that. If you are travelling with someone slightly physically impaired the traditional stair cases and cobbled streets may present a challenge

Delightful hotel just off the main centre of Dinan run by a young couple. Very quaint and comfortable. We had a family room which was ideal for our needs. The family whom we were travelling also had a family room below. Roxana could not have been more welcoming and had been extremely helpful ahead of our stay with changes required due to weather affecting our travel. We will be returning!
