We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms are recently renovated with good taste and good quality materials. Very nice bathroom, all very clean. Good breakfast (more choice than usual in France). Very good location on short walking distance of the old centre of Dinan and its cosy boutiques and restaurants. We could have a private parking place nearby (not posh, but secured). Extremely kind hosts who provide you with perfect service.

The hotel is owned and run by a young couple who could not be more helpful. They are friendly, attentive and maintain the hotel to a high standard of cleanliness. Very good value for money and located a short walk from the centre of Dinan. Highly recommended.

United KingdomThis is a bicycle friendly hotel. They have a good storage area for bikes in a garage adjacent to the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a pleasant courtyard where you can sit in the sun. Although they don't have a restaurant they made us a marvellous snack in the afternoon and the breakfast was very good.

United KingdomThe matress on the bed had seen better days and was rather saggy! There isn't any parking as such but we didn't have too much trouble with parking in the local streets.
Warm friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We were running late so we phoned ahead to let them know and when we arrived they put together a plate of cooked meat and cheese so we were able to eat after a very trying journey. An unpretentious hotel with lots of charm.
