We loved the cleanliness of the room and the complimentary upgrade to a larger suite. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided us with maps and suggested spots to visit in the surrounding area. We would definitely stay at Hotel des Arts Montmartre again on our next visit to Paris

I genuinely cannot think of anything I disliked. Maybe my room (34)was a bit dark overlooking the back of the building, and the bathroom was quite small, but I saw there were plenty of other rooms with nice views and bigger bathrooms. I would have liked the hotel to have had the licence to serve me a gin and tonic, but there were plenty of bars nearby.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels over the years but I have never come across such wonderful service. When I made a mix up over my checkout date they sorted everything out for me, in the kindest possible way, and did not charge me for my late check out mistake. The hotel itself was lovely with very good quality rooms and very pleasant reception/bar area. I particularly liked their system for helping yourself to free still or fizzy water whenever you wanted and the lovely honesty bar for beers and wines. The location could not be better, right in the centre of Montmatre ,with all the shops and restaurants you could wish, but in a very quiet location. Sacre Couer and Moulin Rouge both within walking distance - so all tastes catered for!

The only downside is I could sometimes hear the person in the room over coughing etc - not much the hotel can do about this though

Mum and daughter trip. Perfect location near to all the lovely restaurants and cafes, very picturesque area. Very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were so lovely and helpful in every way. Great nights sleep and honesty bar was a great touch, with free non alcoholic. Will definitely stay there again.

These are only minor details, the shower/tub didn’t have any grips so it felt a bit slippy getting in and out of the tub. Also the a/c wouldn’t hold a consistent temperature, I would set it to 20 to sleep and would wake up with it at 22.

The hotel felt very welcoming and warm but offered an exceptional standard. They have personalised maps for recommended activities and food recommendations which was extremely helpful. You can tell all the staff really care about their jobs. Would recommend this to anyone.

Very warm welcome, very friendly and customer oriented staff. Rooms are in excellent conditions, the location within Montmartre is perfect for a local stroll as well as basis for exploring Paris; Metro station Blanche is just a few minutes away. The overall atmosphere is very personal and not as business like as in major brands. Our favorite for a lomg Paris get-away weekend

It was a bit farther from the main tourist attractions than was ideal - but public transport was not far and the hop on hop off bus was a lovely walk. The neighborhood itself the hotel is in is beautiful and worth its own long weekend to explore! We will be back,

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one would expect from even a larger hotel. It felt very homey, with a kind caring staff eager and ready to help in any way they could, drinks and snacks always at the ready and consideration in every detail.

Really lovely hotel with incredibly friendly staff, among the best customer service we have received in years. The location is great, with metro stations within five or so minutes walk. Rooms are on the small side but fine for a city break. Despite being on the small side they are well-appointed and comfortable.

Everything is right at the special place in Montmartre. The staff is the best in the world, kind, helpful and interested. The location is great and in a nice area of Paris. We have been to many places in Paris but from now on we will stay here.

Walls between rooms were a bit thin but didn’t disturb our sleep

Really enjoyed our stay in Hôtel det Arts. From check in to check out we couldn’t fault anything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, also spoke fluent English which helped, and they looked after us with nice touches like macrons in our bedroom and great local recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t have breakfast or the cheese & wine evenings (Friday & Saturday) but both looked excellent and good value for money. Would do both if we stayed again. Great location too with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and only 10-15mins from Metro and Sacré-Cœur. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.
