Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomCentral location means that you can hear a lot of the outside news. For us on the weekend that meant a lot of shouting all night. Not the hotels fault but worth considering it might not be quiet. Breakfast room was too small really for the amount of guests. Chairs too low to sit comfortably at the table.

Also I asked for Iron but they didn’t bring it to them room and asked me to come to reception to pick it up

United Kingdomthe hotel apparently have a discount rate for parking in the place verdun. i paid at reception on checkout, got my ticket, walked to the car park and put my ticket in the machine but the barrier would not raise, not very happy people stuck behind me. too far to walk back to the hotel to complain or get another ticket, so i paid again at the car park machine to get out . also dog not allowed into breakfast area so had to take it in turns to eat. why not set aside a small area if you are dog friendly.
we have stayed here a few times now on our way south because it is dog friendly . its a good hotel in the centre of town, big beds and a good buffet breakfast. paid parking in the place verdun about 5 mins walk away.
