Only that the reception was understaffed; in that reception staff had to deal with check-ins and tend to the bar at the same time meaning delayed service for thirsty Brits. It's a cultural thing perhaps. The French always underestimate the profit to be made from a group of Brits at the bar.

English speaking staff who were very welcoming. Hotel corridors under refurbishment but that wasn't a problem. We were informed about this on booking. Free parking. Room and bathroom clean and value for money, if looking a little tired. We pre-ordered a group dinner for around 20 people. Three courses for 20Euro. It was delicious. How did they do it for only 20E? Breakfast was good and as expected. We will return if only for the evening meal!

Uncomfortable pillow and bedding for our taste.

The staff were very pleasant and the location was not far off our route but in a quiet area. Restaurant was good value for dinner.

Staff were often elusive, bar and reception not staffed when they were meant to be open. Breakfast items not always replaced when they ran out. Ongoing building work.

Restaurant was very good before but now for some reason only serves a buffet meal .The first night I went to the restaurant later and the food was horrible! You must go early when the restaurant first opens. Won't go for twin room again....the single beds very uncomfortable

Cell-like rooms with little soundproofing. Hard beds. Very basic lounge/bar area at reception but well kept by reception staff. Needs some cosmetic updating & garden entrance improvement.

Young lady on reception pleasant & helpful. Well situated for walking to welcoming town. Local swimming pool, ice skating & theatre a stroll away along nature track. Plenty of parking spaces.

It was near to the end of June. The temperatures were mid 30s °C AND there was no air conditioning OR fan in my room. I understand that the hotel is being refurbished but in the middle of summer this was not acceptable.

For a brief overnight stop there were no problems or faults so I have nothing to fault here.

The room was good, clean, and had all the usual facilities as expected, so I have no complaints. The evening meal was pre-organised for a group of us Matra enthusiasts, and was lovely. Breakfast was also good, and the staff were both polite and helpful. I have been to Romorantin before as it was the home of Matra Automobles and have visited La Pyramide previously so it was as expected.

the town has made them take down signage so hard to find after dark - if the satnav does not take you there call them for direction.

Proper shower cubicle instead of a short bath and hand held shower. No aircon, with the high evening temperatures it is nessary to leave the window fully open.

The hotel is situated out of the town and did not serve dinner during our stay.

The room was large with a modern bathroom. Good breakfast.
