The breakfast was a bit expensive.

The hotel is beautifully refurbished old building. The room was comfortable although a bit small. It was spotlessly clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was good.

Very friendly, plenty of parking spots available, very dog friendly (our doggy had a blanket and bowls waiting for them in the room and we had our own exit to the garden).

The only real complaint is that the bathroom facilities are built for people a bit taller than my 5’3” / 160cm frame. My feet couldn’t reach the floor from the toilet, and washing my face in the sink was a very messy affair. 😄

Very comfortable beds with wonderful pillows and soft sheets. Charming decor and beautiful grounds with large areas for walking our dogs. The hotel is pet-friendly, with a charge of 15€ per dog. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment layout is odd, with the kitchenette upstairs, along with the twin beds. The master bedroom is downstairs with a small sitting room, an oddly large closet and bathroom. There is another wardrobe in the actual bedroom as well. The layout is not really a problem for a quick overnight, but I could see it being frustrating for longer stays.

Directions! Our phones and Navi did not recognize the address. We had a lot of trouble finding the place in the dark. And it was difficult to decide which hotel to pick because they are next to each other and have similar names.

I emailed questions prior to arrival. They were answered quickly and were very helpful. In English! I loved every minute of our stay, the room was small, but heavenly.

It is outside Nîmes so there is an added expense of bus or taxi. The bus stop is very near and reception will order a taxi- €20 approx to Nîmes. The bathroom needs a little updating.

Lovely setting. Very enjoyable breakfast - quality produce. Able to have relaxing bath with lovely hot water. A very homely, country house feel to this hotel with lovely staff.

nothing, only that i accidendtly went to the swimming pool of the other resort nearby, and the owner was a bit rude. Finally i found the right swimming pool and got a nice swim

Bathroom a bit dated, pool was a bit cold but we did get there late once the sun had gone off it, breakfast could do with a few more options to it.

Parking was shaded which was a big plus during this heatwave, room was lovely, staff were really nice and friendly, dinner was really good.

The bathroom is not ok. Not handy, lights did not work. When showering the entire bathroom gets wet.

The only thing I think they could do better at is the advertising of their evening meal. The food was excellent but we thought they underplayed it. We would have gone out for dinner first night but took a chance on the restaurant because we were tired. We could not eat there the other two nights which we would have done but the restaurant was closed due to the local holiday. I think they undersell this side of the business.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel in a good situation with staff very helpful with advice.
