We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location for touring the old town and Brantôme Abbey. The swimming pool was a plus in the heatwave. Secure parking very close. Substantial breakfast.

United KingdomThe room was absolutely spotless and rather standard in terms of decor but all essentials were provided and there is a welcoming lounge for gathering in comfort.
Lovely setting within a very short walk to the centre of Brantôme. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and welcoming. Eating in the shade of the Mulberry trees in the courtyard was a real delight. The food was excellent and the whole stay was very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

United KingdomBreakfast was fairly poor, basically a pot of yoghurt and bread with conserves and some fruit. No real other choice. My wife is diabetic and can’t eat the bread or sugary foods. We skipped breakfast on the second day for this reason. Restaurant meals were also fairly average and they have little imagination.
Concierge was great, very friendly and helpful. Secure parking also great. Hotel was good value for money and well located

Le patron and the rest of the staff were very helpful. The old part of the building and the grounds including the al fresco dining area has real charm. The one dinner we were able to book was the best of the holiday. Private car parking was excellent.
