The room was very good, also the bathroom. Great shower and nice soap. Modern room. Breakfast was normal, but also very good. Fresh croissants and pain au chocolats!

Fixtures were really quite tatty for a Mercure and room, whilst clean, was a bit basic and too cold. I could not heat it up. Sink was impractical and leaving one sachet of coffee per day is not great.... no milk or whitener even for tea. Its just cheap. Menu was limited and timing of dinner very restricted since its a all day city and you could not get anything to eat until 7;30....so after a long day and poss calls in the evening its not good.

Staff were very helpful and it was in a convenient location to hit various business districts around the city. At least they sold A nice beer...

Staff seemed to only be friendly to locals and prioritised anyone speaking French. The location is miles away from the city centre. The nearest metro is a 15 mins walk and the train journey is about half an hour.

Boring conference style hotel, no Paris charm - but convenient if you are in Paris with a car.

Limited supply of tea and coffee, and paper cups for hot drinks. Proper mugs with handles would be nice, and a larger supply of milk. The air-conditioning was in the entrance, so the room didn't get as cool as I would have liked.

Excellent bathroom and shower, good water pressure. Comfortable large bed. Very quiet, and a great location, close to the train and metro, and right on the river. Also, close to a grocery store and a patisserie. Staff were helpful and were able to communicate in English. A very helpful map was also provided, and having a little refrigerator in the room was nice.

The AC was really noisy and was not cooling the room. Some breakfast's things, like bananas, weren't replenished at all. The windows were sealed.

Neighborhood is not the best. Lots of fast food pickup restaurants but little to dine in. No dinner is served in the hotel in the weekends.

Not very modern, the carpet throughout looks very dull and old, giving the impression that it's dirty.

We had some issues with double payment of the room that's was fixed eventually. Everything else was fine.

We were supposed to check in from 2pm. We arrived around 2.15pm. Our rooms were not ready. We were told it will take another 10-15 mins. Well actually it took them over 1.5h to get them ready. And we don't blame housekeeping, the lady who made our rooms ready was working like a donkey. Something just didn't quite worked right on management level. And the man at the reception was super rude. He did not apologize for the inconvenience at all, and he made us feel like we bothered him in his free time. He was the only unpleasant thing we experienced throughout our stay there.

For someone who is visiting Paris purely as a place to see, the hotel's location isn't too bad. About 12-15 mins walk to a nearest metro station, very close to shopping centre with huge Carrefour. Hotel has a FREE PARKING ON SITE which is not common in Paris. Nice rooms, very comfy beds, large showers. We liked it.

it was so far from the city to walk. It was close to two train stations, I would suggest catching the Metro from Liberté as opposed to the C train as this is a somewhat dodgy area .

the property room was decent in size and comfortable. The block out curtains were a treat. even though the room was facing a busy highway, noise was not an issue
