We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PakistanThey had one glass of water as a welcome drink in the double room, Only one sachet of tea and coffee were placed in the room and they don't provide for two people inspite of requesting them again and again .Not enough toiletteries ,no hand / body cream and conditioners..no comb /brush.no tooth brush or tooch paste...no tissue paper in the room.
The room on 4th floor had a nice view of the river and surroundings...the bedding was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious..

United StatesThe mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. The rooms have nothing ….. no toiletries at all except body/hand wash which was empty and never filled! Our room was never cleaned because we were in the room when the cleaning crew came and they never came back later. There was a small fridge but no microwave so could not heat leftovers. Even tea/coffee and paper cups were never refilled because room was not cleaned.
The breakfast was good but very expensive (20$), not good value.
