“The accommodation was easy to find, very clean room, and comfortable beds. Sam was very friendly and had a few little gifts for us when we arrived. Complimentary shampoo etc, and towels provided. Tea & Coffee. Location was close to the high street and Watford Junction train station. Access to the building was clear and easy.”

“On arrival..found one of the towels was still wet. There was a strand of blonde coloured hair on one of the pillows. There were half used bottle of milk in the fridge and used tooth paste which both should have been discarded. No handwash left in the bottle for us. No hair-dryer or slippers (not meant to wear our shoes in) or wardrobe or closet but all these amenities were meant to be provided. There was just a low rack for the towels. We only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights we booked and paid for.”
