Nothing was available when we arrived. Little explanation at reception. I have no refund for having no overnight stay - I was not informed there had been a power cut at 3pm that the facilities were not available.
Computer non-availability should mean a text at least to warn us to re-plan. I had to drive late into the early hours of the morning and make other arrangements for our elderly relative who was being accommodated nearby. Still I have had no refund - why is there no refund?”
