“I love the atmosphere in the pub. The food was excellent with a really good selection including a number of gluten free and vegetarian options. My room was clean and had everything I might need and was very affordable. I like that there are walking routes starting directly from the car park. It’s also only a 20 minute drive from here to Wasdale which makes it a fantastic base camp for a number of the highest mountains in the area. There were a number of options for the included breakfast and my eggs Benedict was delicious.”
