“The room itself was very nice and comfortable, apart from the wardrobe interior light had a fault and would not turn off, so I had to lean the ironing board against it. The problem I had with hotel was not the room, nor the welcoming reception staff, but with the hotel restaurant, as it was such poor quality and the meat turned up raw. I unfortunately had to immediately complain and I declined the offer to order something else, due the first main being completely inedible. The waiter and restaurant manager agreed that I had reason to complain and informed me that I will be refunded. In the morning the hotel manager lady also confirmed that I will be refunded, but I never received a refund and have been endlessly chasing the matter up.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT, but the breakfast was very good.”
