“I can not rate this hotel highly enough.. I stayed here with my Grandson while we explored northumberland. When I tell you they could not have been more helpful, friendly or hospitable is an understatement. The made a fuss of my Grandson and made him feel special, every kid loves that. We used the pool which was amazing, and clean towels awaited us when we were finished. Super clean room, super comfortable bed, and an amazing breakfast... We will for sure be back... thank you to all the front desk staff, and all the housekeepers that said good morning to my Grandson as we left.... Great Job guys...❤️”
