Room was not very clean. Staff was not at front desk when desk was supposed to be open.

Bed was comfy. Located close to Earl’s Court Station, so easy to get to central London. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby

The room is small with no pedestal by either side of bedsides. The toilet is relatively small with very limited space for keeping the toothbrushes & pastes and associated creams, etc. The toilet seat is wobbly and not firmly secured.

The room allocated to me wasn’t good for couples. The bathroom was too small, the window blinds are privacy friendly and didn’t cover the windows well.

Lots of building work going on, woken up at 8.30am by builders, walls are incredibly thin so was woken up by the people in the next room. Lots of marks and stains on the walls.

Shabby decor, walls, paintwork, carpets etc. This place needs a lot of work

To say that this hotel needs a lot of work is probably an understatement. However a side from the boarded up window, shabby paintwork and holes in the wall around sockets the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, bed linen, towels etc were spotless and the tea/coffee machine, microwave, shampoos etc were a very nice touch. As was Netflix on the TV. The location was amazing for us. This place needs work but has potential

My door was fully open one day when I returned. They told it was because of the cleaning staff, as if that was an excuse to leave the door open with all my personal things.

The was mold everywhere and we didn’t have the internet in our room. I wasn’t able to work and had to go to the corridor to catch wi-fi.

The property did not have a good Wifi connection, especially on the top floor. Therefore, it was difficult to connect with my family back home. Also, the construction on the neighboring Flat, was very disruptive to sleep and peace of mind. The construction was very unpleasant!

I liked the location, short walk to Earls Court underground and to overground West Brompton. The bed was comfortable.

construction works in the hotel since the morning, most contacts don't work,the cleaners left the door to the room open and anyone could enter, stuffiness,the reception staff seem to be there as punishment, apart from the man with black hair who was nice,windows cannot be opened,

Not completely clean in the bathroom and the door handle to the bathroom was loose and hanging off. The TV also didn't seem to turn on and the room was very warm when I entered so I had to turn the heating completely off.

Comfortable room with facilities needed for an overnight stay. Location good for tube connections and work.

Too cold for me. No partition door between dining and bedroom. No exhaust fan in the toilet. And outside your room are bag of carbages. What more....

Although the room was more than adequate for our needs there was peeling paint from what looked like a previous damp problem on the wall where the window is and there was a slight draught from the window itself, which if it hadn't have been so mild temperature wise, might of been an issue. Some of the dividing walls are pretty thin so could hear the TV and guest talking quite clearly from room adjacent to ours, also the floor boards were a bit creaky so could hear the guest in the room above us moving around, but none of this bothered us too much (just mentioning it for the sake of others) and everyone whilst we were there, seemed to adhere to the quiet time rules between 11pm-8am.

Location was ideal for our short break in London with tube station just over 5 minutes away on foot, the surrounding area has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs so you don't have to travel far for those. Room was nice and spacious with a large wardrobe, desk with chairs and comfy bed, ideal for crashing in after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Shower although not very powerful had lovely hot water when needed with towels provided and the little kitchenette area had everything you might need; microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle etc.
