We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We're vegetarian and one of us is coeliac (gluten free). We were able to get a good, basic breakfast each morning. There was also soy milk. It was very handy (by car) to Warner Bros studio. From the attire of about half the people at breakfast, I'd say they thought so, too. We took the train into Euston from Apsley Station just over the road. We had no problems getting seats on the way back at rush hour, either. Apsley marina just near the hotel is lovely too, with a pub, cafe and pizza restaurant.

Our only downfall of the whole stay was on the second day we went towards the end of breakfast time seems like along with a lot of other hotel guests within the last hour of breakfast. and there was no clean glasses, cups, mugs, plates, and food wise only beans and toast left, no juice. The staff just couldn’t keep up with having food out or clean tableware, or clean tables for that matter, So would recommend getting up earlier to have the variety. (First day we were up and out early and was amazing for variety of food choice!)
Location was great. Right next to the train station which was ideal for our reasoning for the stay. Cleaniness and room was great.
