Not being advised to book for dinner, very poor selection of beers, a few bottles of beers such as Spitfire, Doom Bar , Sea Fury and Lancaster Bomber would be much appreciated by real ale drinkers - being charged for the car park as this used to be free.

comfortable and spacious rooms - large king-size beds -clean and comfortable. family room - single bed which is a bonus (rather than a put-me-up). benefits of the leisure pool - and jacuzzies which we thoroughly enjoyed after long journey despite coming off the M5 - this is an ideal; place for a break especially with the pool and spa rooms for added relaxation from travelling. it is also pet friendly

Service in the restaurant was slow, a big gap between starter and main meal, I'd say about 45 minutes. A round of drinks was ordered that never turned up, we had to ask again. Food, however, was good.

Travelled from Hull en route to Falmouth, stopped here to break the journey up. Easy to find, plenty of parking spaces.

My room was not very clean. The pillows ( not the pillowcases) were stained, and should be replaced by new.

Wasn’t keen on being charged £10 for parking in the hotel grounds. Plus no snacks in the bar and food limited for vegetarians. Wouldn’t expect to have to find Christ’s or nuts at the vending machines elsewhere

Spa treatments, day of arrival there was no one available Then got told there was no one trained to masseuse pregnant women and not even do a facial! Staff member wasn't very empathetic which upset my wife.

My bedroom floor was so squeaky as was the bedroom above. They were squeaking around from about 6am!!! I did also expect a safe to put valuables in.

The fact the family room was on the bottom floor and there is no pram access which meant we had to carry it up and down the stairs.

The noise from the floorboards upstairs all night and being with family it kept us all awake. The staff in the restaurant weren’t very knowledgable and messed up our drinks orders and food orders. beds were average.

Bit of a mix up of room booking but it was sorted out on arrival. We just had to wait in thd bar while a correct room was made ready with a complimentary drink. Chairs in restaurant not the most comfortable after a long journey and evening food a bit canteen like. Background music terrible.

Comfortable room of good size. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water for baths. Great choice of breakfast items. Very quiet with lots of facilities.

we had to walk past the restaurant to get to our room, which felt awkward. the room was far too hot. the single bed was not comfortable at all. one of our party didn’t bring a toothbrush, and reception do not provide them
