We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur bedroom and bathroom were a little tired and in need of some repairs; some facilities were lacking eg no shelf in shower for soap etc; bizarre electrics in shower room (mirror switch controlled all the electrics in shower room); bedroom cleaning minimal with just the bed made, nothing else replenished; bedside light faulty; fridge dirty.

United Kingdomour room - 3, shabby, tv didn’t work, poor tea/coffee making facilities. bed really hard, duvet was thin and lumpy as were the pillows and very uncomfortable. En suite- bin lid fell off, tape edging on the threshold between it and the bedroom. A brochure in the bedroom confirmed that there was a bar, no there was not, or a mini bar in the bedroom! Breakfast only between 7.30am - 8, only extended to 8.30 as we ordered a simple cooked mushrooms on toast! Nothing else like toast offered, no serviettes. Not worth the money and definitely NOT a boutique hotel. A very dangerous slope in floor levels just at the bottom of the stairs into the waiting area.

The ensuite to our bedroom was a great size and the shower powerful and strong. WE arrived ate and reallt apppreciated being able to make a cuppa before going to sleep. Lots of lovely little touches in our room.
