We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA lovely bed and breakfast with a fabulous restaurant. Stunning views out over the beach from our room and a great terrace area to sit and relax in with a recently added optional covered area and heaters which really did make a difference, we loved it. The staff were all very friendly, polite and welcoming, a very happy team. There is an excellent system for optional room cleaning during our stay which meant you could choose if cleaning staff should enter your room or just fill out the form to request what you need and it's all left outside of your door to take in. The restaurant food and the breakfasts were all excellent and everything was really tasty. Breakfast was varied a full cooked option, eggs as you like, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon plus cereals, fruit, yogurt and toast, lots to choose from. We've had a lovely time in Aberdaron and would definitely recommend, our thanks to all of the staff.

We stayed twice - first time in a large room with a great view across the bay - it was like being on a liner. Second stay was in a smaller room with a restricted sea view but still fine. The boss was very friendly and even gave us a lift to the start of our walk when we realised we were not going to get a taxi or a bus.

CanadaLoved being right on Aberdaron’s spectacular beach —fantastic view and so convenient. Room was extremely pleasant, as was the bathroom. All the employees at Ty Newydd couldn’t have been more helpful or more cheerful. Food was also very good, and the restaurant’s outdoor patio hanging over the beach was fabulous.
