The hotel could have had a little more attention to detail in cleanliness. But it was not dirty by any means.

Very convenient location for the train/bus station. Especially for the Harry Potter shuttle bus. Literally 5 minutes from hotel to station.

the breakfast can be improved. there were no vegetables, unfortunately. however, they had plenty of fruits, yoghurt and cereals.

Breakfast was ample, we had 3 courses each morning: cereal, cooked main & toast/croissant and a muffin, with a wide selection of drinks, we had juice and coffee/hot chocolate. Staff were friendly. We left our luggage in the locked luggage room when we arrived, then we were able to go into London (20 mins on the fast train option) and check in early evening. Very near to train station, which suited us. Nice room. Excellent value for money on a B&B basis.

The staff sold me a vegan dessert but when it arrived the chef had put ice cream on the top. I thought it was vegan as advertised but my husband doubled checked before I ate it as I am dairy intolerant. Very lucky that he doubled check I would have been ill. You should not advertise vegan if it’s not very dangerous

No food/bar available on the two nights I was there plus one of the lifts was out of order. This was not good for me having to bring lots of work equipment up and down to my room on the 5th floor. Wi-Fi was very poor in my room too so even ordering food in after a long work day was a challenge.

It suited me for my work purposes location wise, has some parking, staff were very polite and friendly and room clean and comfortable.

Sofa bed unconfortable for the children and a little bit small, not enough space for clothes of a family of four in the bedroom, you can hear people talking on the adjacent rooms, also loud noise from steps from room above

The English breakfast didn't include fried mushrooms or grilled/fried tomatoes. This leaves the vegetarian option quite scanty. We had to wait over 20 minutes for staff to come and prepare the vegetarian sausages requested. No fried eggs just scrambled which is limiting Not everyone likes scrambled eggs. Apart from that everything else is excellent.

Room was excellent. Everything you need is in the room for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the blue bathroom light and the fresh smelling fragrance from the AC. Wonderful. The cleanliness is excellent and makes all the difference.

Plug in bathroon sink wouldn't stay down so couldn't fill the basin. Very small "double" bed. Kept hitting each other. Tucked away location - had to ask for directions when coming off the train.

Clean and bright rooms and public areas. Good breakfast, goof evening meal from limited menu. Very grateful to have two interconnecting rooms for parents with pre-teen children. Convenient location for transport. Very helpful reception.

Bed was a little bit too soft, bathroom door creaked loud, not good when going to toilet in the night, room was near exit to lifts so heard everyone coming and going through the night.

The breakfast in the morning was chaotic. It would have been better if someone could greet us and sit us to a table and tell us what was available. There were people everywhere you had to seek out what tables were available not knowing if someone was using it and gone for breakfast. There were so many people and the hot food was empty every time we went up to see if anything was replenished. I felt very uncomfortable We didn't enjoy that part of the stay unfortunately.
