The sink in the bathroom was very small.

Clean, specious enough room with good facilities. Pleased to get a voucher for the pub next door. Amenities nearby very good, with supermarket next door and lots of cafes., bars and restaurants.

We needed to find last minute accommodation before a morning Eurostar trip and this fitted the bill perfectly. It's only a few minutes walk from the station. The hotel is basic, no elevator, but clean. We found it a bit noisy (other guest noise and from outside). However the rooms are a good size for the price and location and it's a good budget option for people.

Sometimes its a bit hard to get some fresh air in, especially in the middle of the night because of the noise and the way the window opens.

The check in procedure, how close it was to the big stations, and I was surprised how comfy they made the room, even though there's not much space to work with. I had everything I needed!

Didn't get our early morning alam call and suspect that was because duty manager on reception was fast asleep when we left. There was also someone sheltering in the doorway of the hotel with all his stuff in the way when we left so we had to try and get over it with all our luggage. If duty manager had been awake he could have dealt with that.

We had a windowless room which was fine but would possibly upgrade.

Amazing location, just a stones throw from King's Cross St Pancras. Clean room, comfy bed and large bathroom. Ear plugs provided but we didn't hear much noise. Large TV, kettle/tea making facilities and a hairdryer provided.

Pillows we're very soft so just a little uncomfortable. It's on a main road so could be super noisy at times (not really the hotels fault but worth mentioning) they do give you ear plugs though.

Very close to kingscross, it's honestly about a 3 minute walk away. Food places all around it...room is very good value for money and it is cleaned everyday! Super easy to access once checked it, hassle free! Shower and bathroom were also nice, you get give earplugs, a complementary drink at the pub next door and a cute little chocolate

The room was very small so the bed was up against a wall on one side, there was very little space at the other side. The room was too warm even with air con on. The bed was a bit too soft for my comfort. The building is like a maze with lots of steps, fortunately there are plenty of signs to follow to find your room.

The location is perfect as we had an early train in the morning. The room was clean, the shower was good, towels were fine and self check in was easy. Tea coffee making facilities provided.

Keycode was a bit of a faff because it didnt work but the helpful staff quickly sorted it

My only inconvenience is the code provided to me for access to the building by Booking.com was incorrect. However, this was not the fault of Keystone House.

The staff were super helpful and allowed me to store my bag with them after checking out. The room was clean and provided me with everything I required.

A very minor issue but would have been good to have a small shelf both sides of the bed, not just one side.

Located nearby Kings Cross St Pancras which was ideal for us to be able to drop our luggage off as soon as we arrived and leave it until we were ready to catch the train home
