The room is extremely small, we cannot open two suitcases at the same time. The bathtub is very high, it may be a bit difficult for children and elderly to climb into it.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes away from tube stations. Many restaurants and convenience stores around.

I've been staying in this hotel many times over the last 5 -6 years. I had a last minute booking few weeks ago and stayed in the lower ground room which I strongly recommend to avoid. You can hear every train on the tube and what was much worse very strong constant noise from some services in the hotel. This week I stayed in a nice room on the first floor and it was fine although I was surprised that I still could hear trains. Apart from this very convenient hotel in great location for both train and car commuters.

Wardrobe a bit small and we could have used some more areas for clothes. The bathroom was clean end fresh, but since there is marmour in the shower it could be slippery and a shower mat would be good.

Even if the location is quiet, Queensway is 3 minutes walk away with two subwaylines, buses to central London and restaurants. The room was well furnished and had refridgerator, pentry and possibility to make tea and coffee. Lovely bed.

The rooms were really clean and the staff were friendly.

A hotel it was really close to bayswater and Queensway train station, with Sainsbury's and tescos within about 20 meters of our front door.

The room was smaller than expected. Very small window, with scaffolding outside stopping it from opening more than a sliver.

A great location. Two tube stations nearby, Hyde Park is great for walks, and the V&A and nearby museums are within east reach.

Coming from Canada I found the rooms small. If we come to London again, I would once again book La Suite but request a suite

We enjoyed the option of having breakfast at the hotel very much. The location of the hotel was great for shopping and restaurants and also just a short walk to the Subway or Tube as they say in London. A gentleman who worked at reception whose name is Munir was very kind and very helpful with our requests and questions and that was very much appreciated.

The bed head was very noisy, it rattled constantly throughout the night every time one of us moved. The room was near the kitchen/dining area and was quite noisy early in the morning. It was also opposite the toilets, and we could hear people walking past and talking loudly late at night.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and railway stations. Very close to the beautiful Kensington Gardens and some great museums just over the other side of the park. Room was clean and comfortable. London was quite hot while we were there and the air-conditioning in the room was excellent.

Fairly noisy from rooms opening and closing, room was not completely blackout. No hot water from the sink and there was a drainage issue meaning it would fill up and take around 1 hour to drain.

The noise on the first night was unbearable bearable due to the Notting Hill carnival . We didn’t sleep the whole night. Bathroom shower was not draining properly and water temperature kept Fluctuating from hot to cold
