The shower had some mould. We understand that mould is a common issue in a humid country, but there is room for improvement.

The location was excellent for our purposes, and the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing not to like. The room is comfortable with basic amenities but perfectly suitable for the need we had. It met all expectations and promises

Very neat room and comfortable. Quiet and easy to relax. Well positioned for the University and visiting the campus. Great to be able to charge the EV. Breakfast was a typical English breakfast. We will stay here again

It could be because it was the uni holidays but there didn't seem to be that many on campus restaurants open in the evenings. Also whilst the site and accommodation blocks are lovely the main university buildings are a bit oppressive and the long dark walkways feel somewhat threatening especially later on when there are groups of men hanging around and skateboarding.

The rooms were well presented with comfortable beds and good tea and coffee provision. The heating was very efficient and the shower worked well. The location was very quiet and a short walk from the main campus bus stop (we travelled by public transport). The breakfast was extremely good and the serving staff very friendly and helpful. A bonus to have a convenience store on site too.

Didn’t like the waterproof mattress protectors. Very disappointed with a grotty shower with poor levels of hot water. Very disappointed with the number of venues that were open on Sunday evenings.

There was no TV in the room that's it really

The location was lovley plenty of shops and food outlets on campus the Breakfast was lovley .the room was clean tidy and on the ground floor so great for me as I struggle with stairs and there was a disabled parking bay right outside the room .

In time a refurb may be good if funds allow but not a major problem

Use it to visit son at the university. It’s basic but does the trick. Clean and a bit dated but enough for my visits. Nice to be able to have tea / coffee in the room. Breakfast very good at the Market place.

Water for shower in morning was cold. But we managed We had a problem with access to key for our room and could not get help. Another guest helped and discovered someone else was in our room, they had just arrived and discovered their mistake (they were meant to be in that room the next day,). Overall a good visit.

The tap head was too hard to turn- could cause wrist injury and the toilet doesn't easily flush.

The hot shower did not work. I have contacted the reception but it was not solved. Although the room was twin-bed, there was only 1 chair, not enough space for two of us to work. There was no bed-side electric socket and light switch.

Extremely cold room, condensation dripping down window, wind blowing through window frame. Bed sheet didn’t fit. Complimentary hot chocolate a year out of date and shower had lots of black mould and bathroom light flickering constantly when on.

A great price for the room and all the staff are really friendly. Easy to park the car. The bed was very comfortable, great night sleep. Breakfast was lovely too. Ease of checking in-key box.
